Morris Columbus Travel of St George

Back in 2015, my wife and I wanted to go on a cruise, so we contacted a previous travel agency that Dave worked for. Dave immediately made us feel welcome and asked a lot of questions as to what our expectations were and what we wanted to do. Dave's extensive travel experience was extremely helpful and helped us avoid pitfalls we would of encountered if it had not been for his advice and counsel. He was very professional and we have booked a number of travel adventures with him. When Dave moved to St. George, we knew we would continue to use him as our travel agent. Great staff.

I was able to work with Kim to schedule a trip. She took such good care of us. She gave so many options, was quick to respond and found the best way to get me the most bang for my buck. I would defiantly recommend working with Kim.

They got all the answers to your questions

They only discuss the tours they sell. They're short staffed and don't have time to point you toward anyone who can help. We were traveling off season. No help.

They were not helpful.

We went into the office. They all stayed in their office talking to someone but NEVER recognized us as potential customers. Waited a long time then left! We went home and booked online. They need a receptionist just to greet.

They don't answer phone calls, or respond to emails or voicemails.

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact someone in in the office via emails and voice mail messages. I simply was trying to find a travel agent that could help me plan a vacation to the South Pacific. I've never once received a response to my messages. No problem, there are other agencies that want my business.
