Clyde and Kelley were great, they worked through some frustration we had on design issues. Our house is very difficult if not impossible to add electrical boxes, as you can in other homes.
They stayed focused and found a lighting solution that looked very nice for our situation.
The recliner was spectacular and the furniture and couch were a very nice fit.

No pressure sales. Young man greeted us upon entering. We entered looking for a swivel, rocker recliner. Showroom was full of options. Found the one. Our sales guy found us, detailed our many options and we were sold. In/out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Paid for and delivery set for next week. Looking forward to our new living room addition.

John greeted us so warmly, and Ronnie and Clyde were so very helpful and skilled in helping us design our custom-order bar stools. We’ve worked with Ronnie before, and Clyde was the added bonus this trip. Of course, La-Z-Boy’s quality is unsurpassed, and that’s why we are customers for life!

Trycia was very helpful in the purchase of our first recliner, explained everything we needed to know. She even stayed late to process our order. Highly recommend going to this store.

My recent order was a phone order, with Kelle, and was quick and easy! Laz-y-Boy is the most comfortable, well-made chair we have ever owned. We are on our third pair! Love the service at the Alderwood store, and Kelle is a PRO!!

We purchased 3 chairs, a cocktail table, and a sleeper sofa from La-Z-Boy, and had the pleasure of working with Ken Mason at the Lynnwood store. He was so personable and helpful as we went through the store and picked out the pieces that fit our family room. He hooked us up with Clyde in the design center, who came to our home and produced a computer model of the furniture we chose, complete with fabric patterns. That computer drawing was very helpful, and we used and changed it often as we looked at all the fabric choices available to us. Once we finalized our choices, Ken stayed an hour past closing to complete the purchase. He also worked every angle possible to get us the best price. There were a few left turns along the way as the delivery dates seemed to be a moving target, but Ken was able to track the deliveries for us, and all the furniture was delivered and looks beautiful! Kudos to Ken and Clyde in helping us make our family room a very cozy and warm place!

Wassey gave us amazing Customer Support. He was super helpful, patient, and very resourceful as we shopped for a recliner and other living room items. I will definitely be back to shop again!

I am a big guy and I was looking for a big chair that would fit me. I explained what I was looking for to the sales woman (Haley) and the price restrictions I was working with. She must have shown me at least 15 chairs over two hrs. She had patience and had all the answers to the questions I asked. After sitting in all the different chairs, I narrowed my choices to 2. I went home and slept on my choice. The next day I called up Haley at the Lynnwood store, went in and purchased my new chair. I love it.

Our salesperson “Boats” was great! He wasn’t pushy, answered questions honestly, just checked in every now and then. Check out was quick and easy, can’t wait for our new sofa!

We were looking for a new chair. “Boats” was our salesman and he did a terrific job of getting us taken care of. We enjoyed his demeanor and personality. He made the experience a happy one.

I’ve been searching for months to find a comfortable sofa and I’ve had no luck. I live in Ballard and I’d driven as far as Bellevue and south to Renton and still no luck. I decided to try Lazy z Boy at the Alderwood Mall. I found the perfect sofa for a great price. The sales staff were great, they let me look around without an interruption. I hate a hard sell. Very pleased with my new Colby duo recliner with chaise. Very comfortable, pet proof cover, recliner on one side with usb, and looks great. It took a bit for it to arrive as with any custom furniture but worth the wait! Had a great experience with Erik the salesman and delivery included set-up. Bonus the delivery guys were really nice! I loved they had tons of options too for designing your own sofa. I’m actually happy I went into the store because this wasn’t even on my radar.

Angie Perez couldn’t possibly be more helpful, understanding and professional. I needed to do a long distance purchase which was very tricky. With Jonathan’s help, Angie and he made a beautiful room happen!! Thanks again to you all.

Great customer service. From the moment of our purchase, we were kept updated as to when our delivery would be. The morning of the delivery l received a call notifying me they were about 35 minutes away from my house, at least 2 plus hours ahead of time. The delivery employees were efficient, professional and polite!

Boats was our salesman and he was great. He did an awesome job of giving us time to make decisions and being close enough to answer questions! Much better buying experience than we have had at others stores.
