Oceanside Healing

Oceanside Healing is a wonderful place to destress and take care of your health. They offer several modalities for treatments that can appeal to different people. The overall vibe is friendly and relaxing. I've been getting massage with Michelle over past few months and highly recommend.

I see Jane every month. She provides cupping and acupuncture. I don’t trust anyone else to do what she does. She’s the best. Oceanside healing also has massages and community events too. Oceanside healing is my go to wellness center. Check them out!

Yet another fabulous experience at Oceanside Healing. This was my first time to have Chi Nei Tsang, which is n emotion releasing massage in the abdominal area. My masseuse, Shirley, was very communicative, telling me what she was doing at all times. It was an interesting and informative experience. Will definitely be back to Oceanside Healing for further treatments. So glad they’re here in beautiful Pacifica.

Jane is the best acupuncturist. She is spends time, listens to you and treatment is custom made. She is genuine professional and loving person. I am so happy to have found her. It’s really helping heal both physically and emotionally.

I recently went in for an acupuncture session, I was pleased with care, Lori the acupuncturist seems very knowledgeable and very professional. The care I’m receiving seems to be helping with the vertigo I’ve been suffering for years. I will continue to use Oceanside.

I've gone twice to Oceanside, for acupuncture and cupping, and both appointments were great. Jane asks lots of questions, not just around your physical health and habits, but also around mental and emotional aspects as well. It's a very holistic approach, which I appreciate. The facility is clean and inviting, and I'm looking forward to going back.

Update -- 9/29/23
I just had one of the best massages of my life with Ben Z, for lymphatic massage. He targeted swelling but also alleviated so much pain I've been experiencing due to joint and muscle inflammation. He applied just the right amount of pressure (I can't tolerate too much) as I requested. I had one of the best sleeps in awhile and 24 hours later still feel Zen and centered.

Jane has created a wonderful healing space filled with caring, skilled practitioners in the healing arts. She herself is an incredibly talented acupuncturist who has provided me so much pain relief and function, and really takes the time to get to the root of symptom causation. Her treatments are so blissful. The space itself is inviting, warm, and tranquil. Their massage therapists are also amazing.

Oceanside Healing is such a nurturing place with a multitude of caring, skilled practitioners. Jane has helped me so much! I highly recommend her.

I have been skeptical about sound healing but hearing from many sources that it is effective I decided to try. It was amazing! It was the easiest one hour meditation (with Joseph's guidance) I have ever done. The bowls' vibration has a very unexpected and powerful effect on your body. I am planning to schedule visits regularly in the future.
The facility is clean and comfortable. The room was a bit too small but once you are laying on the bed it doesn't affect you. It was very convenient to have a hook for your close on the wall and a basket for smaller items. Free tea and water are offered in the lobby. Plenty of parking.

Jane was so supportive in helping me decide what body work would help me with my back, leg and hip pain. The myofascial massage with Ben was excellent and the body work definitely helped relieve my discomfort. I am going back for a followup appointment with Ben and I will definitely be taking advantage of the other wonderful services Oceanside has available.

Noriko is the best. Strong, but gentle hands. She knows every points on my problem areas(neck, shoulders, back). I always feel very taken care of and they always put my well being first.

Virginia my massage therapist was amazing at Oceanside Healing. I only discovered this place in my area recently thanks to a good friend. I will be adding acupuncture to my self care. Oceanside Healing has a calm waiting room, with hot tea and drinking water. Drinking water especially after a session is highly encouraged. I've now gone here twice and both times have been such a lovely, relaxing experience. My first service was with Jane. I went in for a "labor inducing" acupuncture/massage. It was the exact experience I was looking for at the end of my pregnancy. Jane is so kind and has such a calming way about her.
My second service was with Ben. I received a scalp massage and it was an absolute dream. I loved that it was a 30 min massage. As a mother to a newborn, it's hard to sneak away much longer than that. This is going to be my go-to place for massages + self-care. I highly recommend.

I always have a good experience at Oceanside Healing. This includes acupuncture, massage, and more recently, a newly formed drum circle. I usually see Igor and sometimes Jane for acupuncture. Both are very talented and always kind. The environment is very relaxing and pleasant, as are all the staff who work there.

I experience migraines and various other sports-related muscle/tendon nerve issues. I have been going to Jane for acupuncture for several years. Jane always knows exactly what my body needs to come back into balance. I am incredibly grateful to have found her. Highly recommended!!
