Let me start off with Jillian is amazing! She has helped me & now husband from before I got engaged until after.

I recently saw her because I had an issue with my rings spinning around my finger and I’ve had the year for almost a year to know it bothered me. She helped me figure a solution by making them join together permanently. I’ve had the ring back from being fixed for a few days now and I am in love. The rings stay centered to my finger! Phew!

Wow super impressed with my experience at Geoffrey’s. I came in looking kind of raggedy, just needed to get out of the house and get some rings cleaned. Jillian had the biggest smile and warmest welcome and treated me like any other paying customer. The cleaning was free! I told her later I was so of interested in some rings and necklaces. Completely respected my budget and walked out with happy with a ring and necklace. Will absolutely be coming back for more.

Geoffrey’s is the best store for fine jewelry on the Peninsula. My husband has purchased gifts for me that I absolutely love. I've also picked out some gorgeous pieces for myself. Geoffrey’s carries outstanding quality diamonds and gems. Niko and Sonny are wonderful. Great service with a smile.

They just moved into a new location which is about 3 times bigger than their old one. I love the expanded inventory and the beautiful interiors. There is a sale now for their grand opening of the new location. Please stop by before the sale is over at the end of this month.

My husband and I picked out a beautiful diamond necklace and a ruby ring today to celebrate my birthday, Mother’s Day and anniversary. Sonny was very patient and helpful while we browsed the jewelry and tried on items.

My husband and I love Geoffrey’s!! Sonny always makes the experience so amazing. She goes above and beyond and her customer service is always excellent, which is something very difficult to find these days. We moved to Santa Rosa over a year ago and Geoffrey’s is still the only place we will buy fine jewelry, this is not only because of the beautiful pieces that they carry but because we know Sonny will always treat us like family.

Jillian helped my fiance pick out the perfect ring! When we went back for resizing, I needed a new ring because of how much we had to go down in size. Since I would have to wait a month for the new ring and wasn’t ready to say goodbye to wearing my new ring, basking in the memory of getting engaged. She was able to put something on to thicken the band that allows me to continue to wear the ring until the one arrives. Highly recommend her!

Jillian did an amazing job guiding us through the process of designing our dream engagement ring! I gave her some ideas and pictures of rings I liked and she brought out so many rings for me to look at and try on, and then walked us through the differences between colors, inclusions, and sizes of diamonds so we could see for ourselves what made a difference to us. We ended up going the custom ring route, and from the day we walked in to picking up the ring was just about a month (which was way faster than we thought something like this would take). Overall highly recommend Geoffrey’s!

The service here is always exceptional. Sonny in particular is extremely helpful! They recently moved across the street and the new unit is very comfortable and well lit. We've gotten rings, as well as resizing services and have always been super happy with the service and value.

I walked into Geoffrey's on a whim after a long day of shopping for a new watch. Even though I came in right before they were closing, they were all very patient allowing me time to try on their watches (multiple times each lol) and discuss with my wife. In addition to their patience and hospitality they also gave me a good price on the watch. I would recommend them to anyone. Five star experience!
