I have been a renter for many years, and this management company is the most attentive I've ever experienced.

They address issues quickly and efficiently. No haggling, they just get it done. They replaced old washer / Dryer immediately after we moved-in (they stopped working), and since have sent out service for plumbing, toilet, refrigerator issues which were fixed the first time. So refreshing compared to other experiences with owner / management companies.

I Rented a single family home from Legacy Property Management for 4+ years and never had any issues. Their online portal made everything seamless and easiest as possible. Rental payments were online, Work orders were handled within 24hrs and the move out process was even easier we had to submit our 30 day notice online have a walkthrough and that was it! Had they of had properties where we relocated to I would have preferred to stay with this company.
