As I post this, we are emerging from the Covid crisis. In recent days I have visited Dr. Joy's office several times. I feel completely confident that Dr Joy and his able staff have taken every measure to protect patients --while at the same time continuing to provide the highest levels of dental care. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Joy and Palo Alto Dental Arts.

He and his team offer a wide range of services, with a highly competent and experienced staff, along with the most advanced resources available in modern dentistry. I (and my entire family) have been satisfied patients of Dr Joy for more than 20 years.

I went in today for my first visit as a new patient and had the most thorough dental exam of my life! Dr Joy & everyone at the office were a delight to spend time with and everything ran like a well oiled machine. I really appreciated his attention to detail and I feel like some odd dental issues I have (who doesn't have some?) will really be monitored carefully. Dr Joy is clearly really excited about his work and is very experienced, which is a winning combination :)

It's always a pleasant experience at Dr. Joy's dental office, with the assurance that if urgent care is ever needed, a way will be found to see me right away. Dr. Joy's repair work is superb, and his dental hygienists are the best I've ever experienced in over half a century. Top-of-the-line dental care, though not inexpensive, is well worth it, especially as one ages. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Joy cares about his patients and providing them with the best dental care. He is thorough and easy to talk to. His staff is friendly and they are always willing to accommodate you. I am so glad my family and I found Dr. Joy when we moved here.

Have been going to Dr Joy for decades now. He and his staff are great, and have done a lot for my teeth over the years, from crowns to veneers (which turned out beautifully!) to regular cleanings. When he has had to recommend a specialist they've also always been super.

They always take good care of me here. At my last appointment, I was able to check on my dental plan, get my teeth cleaned, get an exam by Dr. Joy, and was on my way. Everyone here brings their A-game and does a wonderful job. I don't say this lightly. This place is excellent.

When a procedure is needed, my experience has been virtually 100% pain-free (including a root canal) and of the highest quality, utilizing proven, leading edge technology. You will not find better dental care anywhere.

I have been a highly satisfied customer for 43 years as has been my spouse. And, for at least 25 years, my now-grown children. On a scale of 1-5, Dr. Joy and his wonderful team are a 10 !!!

On a Saturday, I crashed driving a motorized scooter. I landed on my face, my mouth taking most of the blow. I knew for sure I lost 2 or 3 teeth. I was petrified, didn't know where to go and wanted be certain wherever it was, I would receive the best treatment. A friend made a call who referred me to Dr. Joy. His ratings and experience gave me confidence. Given his hectic schedule, Dr. Joy found the time to squeeze me in the following Monday. Upon arrival, his staff was very kind and accommodating. Dr. Joy, himself, was personable and made me feel at ease. He thoroughly read my questionnaires and the question that stood out was what have been my past experiences with dentists - traumatic was my response. Obviously, he cares and to me, this makes a big difference. Dr. Joy is undeniably empathetic an true master in his field - 10 stars

I have treated with Drs. Christopher and Adrienne Joy and Lizzie, the hygienist, for the last couple of years. None of the dentists and hygienists that I had seen over the almost six previous decades come close to having provided the quality of dental care that I have received from Christopher, Adrienne and Lizzie. They are caring, kind, consummate professionals. In short, they are the gold standard of dentistry and hygiene. I heartily recommend them.

The staff are wonderful. Dr Joy is a perfectionist in dentistry and very personable. The dental hygienists are consistently excellent and thorough in their cleanings without any discomfort.
