Castillo auto repair & electric

I had a flat tire and saw Castillo’s was open on my way home. The service person at the counter immediately attended to my need even if it was past their closing time. He installed the spare and helped me understand the problems with the tire and my options. He even suggested going to dealership to get the tire replaced as my car was on lease without pushing for service there, which is what I ended up doing. Great customer service attitude and very helpful.

I use to deal with Richard when Hudson’s was here and was sad to know that he retired , regardless The service writer which I think his name was Raul informed that Hudson’s was now at 5 point auto in Redwood City but due to the fact that I was short on time and was already here at this location I decided to give this new shop a shot and honestly I’m glad I did. Raul and his tech really are outstanding you can tell they like to make sure all work is done right . They even dropped and picked me up from work so I wouldnt be inconvenienced. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here.

Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and balanced wheels. Two hours later they called me! Staff was respectful, helpful, and provided quick service!!!

Came in thinking it was still Hudson’s, but Raul did an awesome job going above and beyond at a super fair price, I will absolutely be coming back here for any car issues I have.

Specifically I had a bad starter and pulled up unannounced (thinking it was still Hudson’s) but Raul was able to fit me in and somehow get me out in the same day. Pricing was super fair and less than what I was quoted at other places I had called. Car is now starting and I’m pretty sure Raul even cleaned up the inside of my windshield a bit - a little detail that I didn’t ask for but says a lot about how he handles his business.

11/10 would recommend !

I had a flat tire and Junior and Raul helped me to put on my spare so I could get home. Also, they replaced my tire in one day...at an excellent price!!! When I picked up my car...they had even vacuumed the interior....I would highly recommend Junior and Raul to anyone.

Good service. They are honest, and this is a good place to take your car to get it fixed.
