San Bruno Smile

I had a very sensitive tooth which felt a bit loose. The San Bruno Smile office was able to get me in the next work day and Dr. Wu was able to determine we needed to remove the crown on my tooth to see what the next step would be. He took the time needed to determine that my current crown had become loose - not the root part and he was able to take impressions to have a new crown made. Dr. Wu was very detailed as he explained his plan for my tooth to me so I fully understood. The cost for this procedure was carefully explained to me and I was able to ask questions about the dental coverage I have and what % was my responsibility!

I have only been to a few dentist offices through out my life but I can assure you that San Bruno Smile has been by far the best dentist office I have ever been taken care of. They are very professional, the front desk has great customer service and each and every single member will exceed expectations. The environment over all its very welcoming and super clean. I will highly recommend this place if you dont have a dentist yet and if you do consider transferring over. You won't regret it.

The staff is very nice and welcoming. They took me in quickly and did a great job with my cleaning without hurting me. I felt really comfortable with the staff and doctor. I will continue to do my cleanings here.

I made an appointment for my mom to see Dr. Wu and we've been so happy to have found such a caring dental clinic. Dr. Wu listened to my mother's concerns, thoroughly answered all of her questions, and made her cleanings/treatments as comfortable as possible. Having a Cantonese-speaking provider explain her options has given my mom more confidence in her dental care. Miriam, and the rest of the staff, have also made each visit a pleasant experience. I cannot recommend them enough!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting San Bruno Smile dentist, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff at San Bruno Smile are incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I stepped through the door.

What truly impressed me, however, was the professionalism and honesty demonstrated by the doctor. Unlike other dentists I've encountered in the Bay Area, there was no pressure to undergo unnecessary treatments aimed at padding the bill. Instead, the focus was solely on providing the best possible care for my dental needs.

I cannot recommend San Bruno Smile enough to anyone in search of a dentist they can trust. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding service and commitment to excellence.

Very nice first visit for my son Mark. He has special needs and they were patient speaking with son and wife. Dentist was informative when reviewing X-rays and path forward. Office staff friendly. Appointment was available fast and new patient paperwork was on line and easy to complete.

Front desk staff are great and super helpful. The dentist and assistants are all great as well. Very nice clean place. I was seen quickly after I arrived for my appointment which was nice.

Every single time i’ve an appointment all of them are really nice and makes me feel comfortable during my visit. From receptionist Nicole to hygienist Joaquin and Dentist Dina…. I was urgently needing an appointment and they were able to accommodate me the next morning. First time there, and I will be going back. I thought the place was clean, everyone was nice and professional. I look forward to going back and getting my dental needs taken care of.

The staff at the front are nice and helpful. It was hot that day but what was so nice was the air on my head, cool as heck! Doctor Woo is great making the whole experience easy, yeah...

Friendly front desk staff, dental assistants and dentist! Just had a cleaning and check up and it went smoothly.

It was my first time going to Smile Dental. I found them to be efficient and very nice. Everyone i dealt with I had the feeling that they cared on what they did.

After my teeth cleaning I was told about a cavity starting to develop and pay attention to that area when brushing. I appreciate being aware of the problem. Had no issues making my next appointment.

I had an appointment at 2pm on Thursday. The office was clean, I appreciated the process (sending forms online, waiting in the car until it was my turn). My dentist assistant was amazing! I forgot her name, but she was so helpful, patient, and sweet. My dentist was very straightforward and came up with a great/simple care plan. I did wait a long time for my dentist, but i was sitting in my chair. My appointment took a while, 1.5 hours for teeth cleaning/check up, but they were just super busy, which is understandable at any doctor's office.

Checkup and teeth cleaning service was great. Happy with the service.

My experience here so far has been great! The facility is clean. The staff and dentists are nice, accommodating, and professional. I really appreciate how thorough the dentist was in explaining the condition of my oral health and what I need to get done. I also appreciate the staff who sat down with me and went through which procedures are covered by my insurance and which aren’t; and was forthcoming with what my out of pocket cost would be. I also really like how I wasn’t pressured into anything and that I’m given the freedom and time to decide my next steps. Overall, my first couple of visits here have been great and enjoyable!

It was my first time at this dentist office. It was a very bright and clean place. Extremely nice staff and efficient and friendly process. It’s a very busy office, so there is some waiting time. But I had one tech for the X-rays, a dental hygienist for the cleaning and a different hygienist for the polishing. Then Dr Tai came in to talk to me about my X-rays and what I would need to do for the future. I have one tooth that needs attention right now, to redo the filling and one that will be on a watch and see. I appreciated that he didn’t try to “oversell” me or make me worry about my whole mouth. It’s a very nice practice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to someone else.
