Menlo Medical Clinic in Menlo Park - 1300 Crane

I’ve been going to MMC for over 30 years now. I have had a few different general practitioners as a few moved to different states or retired, but every one has been a top notch professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have currently Dr. Christina Pagano as my GP and she is wonderful, I’ve been going to her for about 10 years. Dr. Carry Rothstein, gynecology, Dr. Diana Leu, dermatology, and Dr. Donna Lee, ophthalmology, I’ve all been seeing for many years with no complaints. Xray & mammography technicians I’ve had, have also been very good. And I’ve never had complaints about receptionists’ lack of courtesy, like many are stating here.

However, I do understand the frustrations people voice of not being able to find a doctor that is accepting new patients. The population here (silicon valley) has increased radically the past 10 - 12 years, to me it seems logical that there are fewer medical professionals proportionately?

I have been coming here for over 20 years. I have no idea where the negative reviews come from as I have always had wonderful experiences here and wonderful care!!!

I am beyond impressed with Menlo Medical. I have been a patient (and so have my kids) for almost 9 years now. Dr. Saldivar is our pediatrician and I swear I will follow her to the ends of the earth for she is the epitome of a professional, compassionate, and capable doctor. Nurses Katie and Brigette are awesome. Additionally, Dr. Hannah Walford is a wonderful immunologist - in fact, the whole staff in the Allergy Clinic is wonderful. Shout out to Linda and Ray for always knowing my and my kid's name and making us feel special. Also, throughout the entire Covid experience and being the parent of a medically-fragile child, I have been thrilled with MM's commitment to keeping the facilities clean and safe for my family. Another shout-out to Juanita and Felicia who will often greet my kid and I at the gate for the Covid check-in. We look forward to seeing these amazing humans every time we come because they are so welcoming and cheerful - despite having a rather annoying task of making sure people comply to the safety precautions. I am so grateful to have Menlo Medical for my family's (rather copious) healthcare needs.

Very through and compassionate care. I refer everyone who asks. The efficiency is excellent you can get blood work to x-rays done all at one time. They all work together so well and from asthma to my heart they have improved my life.

Excellent Care. Nurses and Medical Assistants,Technicians as a as office staff are courteous and caring. I go to the Cardiology clinic and I am very grateful for the care that I receive

This practice has been so nice, we travel her from Georgia for our baby to have heart surgery and we needed a pediatrician while we were here and they have gone above and beyond. This is a great practice.

I cant express how wonderful this facility is, I have been a patient for over 8 years now. Dr. Garay, Dr. Rothstein, Dr. Clary and nurse Mary are amazing! I highly recommend this one stop clinic for any medical needs.

I highly recommend the ENT clinic. Dr. Newkirk (with whom I have the most experience) in particular will do everything within her power to accommodate patient needs. I am very impressed with MMC.

Many years of care here. Nothing but praise for MDs and staff. Referals to specialists are very good. Facilities are always clean.

Dr. Sherman, who works at the clinic, is an amazing doctor, extremely caring and well-versed on a variety of medical issues.

Great allergy department, especially for a low-egg influenza vaccination.
