Just bought my first car! Jacky was such a great representative. He was respectful, efficient, and helpful. Jacky was so kind to explain all the details to myself and my family regarding buying insurance for my first car! I’m so grateful he was able to explain things effortlessly to my family in Chinese since my mother doesn’t speak English. He went through all my potential options for insurance coverage as a new driver and was able to offer me the best deal he could find. He always made sure I understood what he discussed before moving onto a different topic. I feel very comfortable in the hands of Allstate and I know I can reach out to Jacky if I ever have any issues or concerns. 10/10 customer service and support and would absolutely recommend asking for Jacky to my friends in the future.
