Tomato Thyme

Tomato Thyme is a Willow Glen dinner staple. The vibe inside is warm and inviting. Each table comes with a jar of crayons and you can draw on the paper placemats. This can provide the table with a conversation starter or a fun round of tic tac toe with a sibling.

We ordered the calamari appetizer, sole piccata and spaghetti alfredo. The calamari was light, crispy, and infused with garlic. The sole piccata did not disappoint! It was soft, savory, and melted in my mouth. The spaghetti alfredo could have used a little more pizzazz but it went down easily as well!

The food is consistently Good been coming here for at least 8 years. I had the salmon salad tonight exquisite. My mom had the blackened ribby and she loved it.

This was a great place, we had a party of 30 and they handled us great. The food was very good and they got the food out fast and pretty much the same time. The pizza bread was a huge hit and many of those were eaten.

Can get kinda loud (depending on other customers), but the food is really yummy

My husband and I have coming here at least 3-4 times a month. This place is so good. Today, 08/9/2023, and we ALWAYS order the pear salad and share it. Today was the 1st time the chef split the salad into 2 bowls. It was PERFECT! Thank you!! The other food are also really good, as well.

Our favorite local restaurant. Great food, specials menu is great. Kids love it, they can themselves in good atmosphere.

DEFINITELY A MUST GO!! Thank you to cheesecake factory for not being able to accommodate a party of 12. I will definitely be coming back. The Fettuccine Chinese Tequila was amazing. Birthday dessert I wish I had more.

My wife and I have been enjoying a nice place to eat dinner. The food and service have been good. I love the all meat pizza. But last time I went, I got the surf and turf. Rib eye steak, mashpotato,shrimp good flavor I enjoyed it

I went to Tomato Thyme Friday night with coworkers. Staff are very nice and friendly. Food was excellent. Ambiance was nice. Drinks were amazing.

I've also worked with them on a (about 40 people) work Christmas party at their location, I found them very easy to work with. We had to put our order in advance, was a different menu than the restaurant i think, smaller, and paid day of. Our office holiday party went well and we'd do it again there (waiting for Covid to go away).

Tomato Thyme is full of great people, friendly staff and amazing food. My fiancé and I had the Turkey Avocado sandwich and the Thai Chicken pizza and they were both amazing!

This place is incredible! The food is always delicious and the staff is generally on top of things and nice. I always order an iced tea (fanatical tea drinker) and I appreciate the large cup they put it in. Definitely feel like it's a hidden gem and my nick-name for it is the "Original Joe's of Willow Glen". 💚

I've been coming here for 15 years at least. I've yet to have a disappointing experience, let alone a bad one. The service is always top notch. The food is always very good to great. The bar is also a great place for a unique cocktail experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone any day without hesitation.

Warm and romantic setting. Great place for a date. Awesome Italian food and perfect menu selection. The pizza (appetizer) was very bland. When the manager did rounds I kindly informed him of the same and he took it off of our bill. Impeccable service, and a the place has exceeded my expectations with every visit.

Overall a great experience. Great food and service. Was there for dinner b4 show in Palo Alto. Was there around 6 was more crowded when we left at 7:15.

My boyfriend and I love coming here! The fried ravioli is our go-to appetizer. It's a nice place but still casual, and we've never needed a reservation. They have some TVs but it's far from a sports bar, and not loud at all. Delicious Italian classics as well as good New American cuisine, since they're owned by the same folks who own Dry Creek Grill next door. Fairly reasonable prices (in San Jose at least) for the high quality of food. Good cocktails too! Every visit has been awesome so far, but they're also on Doordash if you don't feel like putting pants on.

We went to lunch here as it was close for us all to meet and something new to everyone. I loved the ambiance. I really loved the steak salad. I hate fish and chicken is over-rated and was delighted to see steak salad on the menu. I just expected a simple salad with strips of meat. What I received was a well dressed salad with perfectly cooked strips of steak on the side with garlic toast. It was so good, and I have to say, I was so filled that it was the only full meal I had the rest of the day. I look forward to trying this place for dinner.

I love this Italian restaurant! The staff is very friendly and the food is great. They have a good selection (pizza, calzones, pasta, salads, etc) and the portions are good-sized. I've ordered food to go as well as dined in the restaurant. There is also plenty of parking.

Wonderful atmosphere. Great staff & customer service. Delicious food; the Shrimp/ Chicken Lettuce Wraps are to die for, the Steak Arugula Salad (yummy), Hibiscus Cosmopolitan (omg). Highly recommend any time of day!
