I’ve driven by so many times and not stopped but today had a few hours to wait for my husband to get out surgery at Regional. What a lovely place. Very friendly, met the owner, delicious Almond Spice Cafe Latte (all natural spices and no sweetener needed). The Chicken Salad looks delicious, having that after my coffee. They offer employment opps for special needs individuals- come support them.

Special needs with special Loves! A good place to rest and lots of small things of handmade to buy at Friends coffee and tea. Those cookies are special kids made. Awesome!

Overall great experience. Stopped by since we were early for our Chiropractic appt. Across the street & this place is just so quaint and welcoming. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and recommended items on the menu. Awesome customer service & extremely clean! Ordered the Red Bean & Cream Cheese Mochi and a Marshmallow Coffee!

100% recommend this cute little place. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly. The prices for food and drink are so low for tasting so divine. Their mission is heartwarming and I can't wait to come back.

The ladies working here are so genuinely friendly and welcoming. The signature coffees are so good and they have such creative flavors. The pastries and sandwiches are excellent. Sitting here feels like sitting in your living room at home and just relaxing.

Very small coffee shop but friendly service. They had an newspaper article inside that said they help special needs people which is awesome!

Found this place after dinning nearby and was looking for a nice cafe to sit down and relax. We ordered hot almond spiced cafe latte, iced caramel salt latte and all natural lavender honey basil seed ice tea (so good, immediately added one more to go) with pastries of almond croissant and cranberry orange scone, all were properly heated, very good and delicious. After being in the store, we realized it is operated by Friends of Children with Special Needs, with the center next door. So glad to have found this place, eat and drink with a good cause. Thank you to the sweet lady who served us the delicacies. Though construction going on nearby, store has many parking spaces on the side and in the back. Highly recommended!

Had an iced rose latte and chicken croissant sandwich last week, was sooo yummy such cute presentation too!

Stopped by for a snack before studying at the library across the street. Their croissant w/ matcha green tea custard was so rich and tasty. Owner is very friendly too. Will definitely stop by more often!

This is a perfect spit to go for holiday Thanksgiving Christmas to share love for others and buy cute gifts and yummy treats and coffee and feel good vibes. It is run by volunteers for parents of special needs children..my neighborhood Sherman oaks,Share Love downing-whitethorne spot.

Excellent coffee, huge variety of delicious and unusual pastries, perfect service, never crowded. A hidden gem. AND, it is run by the school for challenged children, so you support it when you buy there.

Super positive atmosphere! The baristas were super helpful and offered suggestions on drinks.

Love the specialty drinks. They aren't the everyday tea and coffee drinks. The Grapefruit Honey Tea is delicious and refreshing. Tha Earl Grey Milk Tea is good hot or iced. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love learning about the various treats they have. The rose cookies are delicate and tasty. The shop is filled with wonderful handmade items: soaps, coffee cups, cards, paintings and handmade Lego candy dispenser. So glad to have discovered this gem.

Quaint little coffee and tea shop with small bites/pastries. The rose cafe latte is very good, fairly strong rose flavor which I enjoy. It's ran for individuals with special needs to learn work skills, so don't be impatient when you come here!

I loved the service and the food at Friends Coffee & Tea. They have a wonderful mission and beautiful artwork and pottery sold in store as well. If you know any events or companies that can feature or even help promote/sell their cards/pottery/paintings, please approach them! I got myself a milk tea there. It was lovely!

Warm service and cozy vibe to enjoy a rainy day. Very good tea and tasty pastries. Definitely will come again.
