7-Eleven

The black young man and the white young man who work here are both very good. Friendly and good customer service, as well as doing a pretty good job of keeping the place in good working order.

Can't say the same about a lot of other 7-11s in the area staffed by rude indian guys. The guys who work here are cool though

Most of the crew know me and are always greeting me with big smiles. This store is a big part of our community and its employees go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

Really cool ppl work there. I requested specific clove/tobacco product and they got them for me! Yay! Too many homeless hang out front but they try to stay on top of it. Full stock of tp hand san and masks

Thank God I live close to a 7-Eleven store, go buy milk,bread,water

customer service is good they have to deal with alot of different people including patients from Valley Medical Center have the best morning crew a couple of good ones at night fresh hot food

Honestly the owner need to get with the program! If every 7eleven has an option to put money in debit cards like providers or venmo etc you need to show all your employees! I never had an issue until today aug 13th the dummy at the register said it was 2 early when i always do it even earlyer at 4 o5 am because is when i go to work. Nor sure if he didnt know how to do it but his excuse was that it was 2 early excuse me but there people that work an early shift and they can not be running on you guys time!! The only nice one in this 711 is the white young guy in the AM and Ruben from afternoons the rest suck!

Oct27 4 am The guy inside said the store is close and not ready so i left.. i guess it was because he was mopping but it says you guys are 24hours??

I can't even begin to explain how rude the owners father is. He has no respect, and is completely rude. I will probably never purchase anything from this store ever again. I feel bad because the rest of the staff has great service and people skills, but this guy just blew the reputation for the entire store. I recommend not having him work there during the grave shift, since it seems he has a better understanding of customer service when his son is around.

Seriously wish I could give this place no stars. Customer service most nights is horrible! There is a guy there with shaggy long hair, always wears a hat. EVERYTIME I go in there he's either on a computer behind the hot food case or outside smoking with one of the bums. Hes so damn rude and lazy. Last night in particular. He rang something up, I told him the price was wrong plus the item had a sale. He looks at me and says, well do you want it? Ummm yeah for the price advertised. He has the audacity to tell me I have an attitude and need to chill. 🤨 every night i go and he's there he provides the worse service. The guy that looks like a skinny Donald Glover is the only employee I ever see doing something productive and trying to keep the panhandlers away. Seriously not worth the proximity anymore. Would rather drive further and deal with the drug addicts at the other 711 then deal with that POS.

For the most part, customer service here sucks. Workers there always have unnecessary attitude. One that stands out the most is the older man with long white hair. He tried not to sell my sister her beer without even asking for her id and said "im not playing this game" and "so we are playing the ID game" after she tried showing it to him. He then refused me right after when I tried paying with change stating "I already have enough rolled coins". We come here all the time since its so conveniently close to where we live. She's bought beers from here before and I've used change here before. He's not new. I don't see what the issue was.
