Francisca is amazing and super talented! She is not only very sweet, listens to what you need and what you're looking for, but also is very knowledgeable. I have extremely curly hair and she has styled it curly, she's strained it out for me, we've done different cuts, different color, and she never disappoints. She always makes me feel comfortable. As a person with a disability that uses a power chair she is accessible and accommodating. She always make sure that I have everything I need and that I am comfortable. I recommend her to everyone I know. Even though the salon is small it's always clean, beautifully decorated, extremely organized, always has great music playing, and is in a great location.

I have know Francesca since I went to her when she was at Headlines. Unfortunately she has tendency to cut client's hair the way she wants it to look like, which she did with me. I was very explicit with her to cut a certain amount. Instead she cut it so short it is not one length anymore.
My hair will take months to grow out leaving me with short hair that I cannot style.
