I dropped off my wedding dress the day after my wedding and Michelle was a great help. Was given a 2 week lead time and they were right on time! My dress looks brand new. If you need a reliable and quick service done, you won't be disappointed!

Michelle and her staff are wonderful! Between the quality of work and customer service, I highly recommend bringing her your business. I brought in my wedding gown that I added fabric to, to find out that the color didn’t directly match when looking in direct sunlight. She has been working with me to do what she can to get it to match perfectly. She goes above and beyond for her customers.

Michelle is a magician! I had a white blazer with some really stubborn old stains. When the stains didn't come out the first time they took the blazer back for round two free of charge and were able to remove them! Excellent customer service and friendly staff!

I had the best experience here. After my wedding day, my gown was a disaster, we had an outdoor wedding so when the night was over, the bottom of my dress was black and green rather than white and I also had a big red wine stain on it. I took it to Michelle and she did her magic. I just got my dress back today and it looks brand new.

Black owned, female owned business in San Jose! LGBTQIA I was so excited to meet Michelle when I stumbled in. When I entered the business, I was inquiring about real estate- some vacant store fronts nearby. Somehow, we ended up talking about our Roots in the San Jose area. The conversation was so effortless yet casual, I thought I was talking to my long time family friend.
I finally found a place I trust with my couture.

I always go for on-site dry cleaning to prevent any transit loss. As a bonus, The owner Michelle is friendly and SUPER-skilled! I trust her and this place, they do a great job.

I am so glad i ran into Michelle. She is excellent when it comes to service and is a "NO Bulls#$t" type of person. Coincidentally, I've worked with her in the past, but then I moved out of the area. Fast forward a few years, I move to another area, look up a local cleaner, find this one, go in, and BAM! there's Michelle! We both did a double take and said, "what are you doing here?" I'm seriously so happy that I found this place. BTW, they do great alterations and they are very detailed when it comes to clothes. The facility is very clean and Michelle takes serious pride in what she does.
