Ive always liked to shop here. Its sad they are closing.

I visited the Capitola Store three times in the past few weeks and received outstanding service from Tony with regard to my humidifier issues. He provided clear and concise information on how to care for it. This week, I saw him again and decided to purchase a new humidifier and he again provided explicit instructions on how to use and clean it. I have never received such excellent customer service and will be utilizing Tony and Bed, Bath, and Beyond more in the future.

This BBB has the best customer service. Since they have opened their doors the customer service has always been impeccable. I will continue to shop here. The return policy is also amazing. I love how they take their products back without hesitation. The only question they ask is can we get you a replacement. The entire staff is well trained and is always willing to offer any knowledge of any of the products. This store is well managed and always pleasant to shop in.

I recently purchased a Simple Human garbage can from them. The box the can came in was damaged from shipping. I took the can despite the packaging flaw, brought it home and noticed a ding that likely occurred during shipping. I returned the product within minutes of getting it home. They promptly got me a new one off the shelf and I was on my way.

I can not say enough good things about how well this store is run and how well the staff is trained to always be so courteous.

First time at this store. I had a gift card and i ordered online and picked up at store. I'm glad i did cause if i hadn't i would've spent way more. Everything looked neat and organized on the shelves. Fully stocked clean store.

Clean, well lit and well stocked. Also well staffed with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable workers ready and willing to focus on customer service.
NOT bargain priced; if finding "the best deal" is your only imperative, you're probably better off at Target, a warehouse store, or ordering on line.
But when you want a good selection to choose from, and the chance to "examine the goods," BB&B makes sense.
Also, keep an eye open for coupon deals, which are offered frequently. We recently moved (which necessitated our visit) and we were able to apply a "20% Off on Entire Purchase" to everything we bought to equip the new house. That lowered our out-the-door net significantly.
In a perfect world, I'd be able to make these purchases from a locally owned and operated shop. But that isn't the reality of our 21st century retail environment.
And, as remote, corporate serving shopping experiences go, this rates high on the list. Recommended.

They did not have what I came in for, but gladly ordered it for me. Drop ship to my house at no charge and I used a 20% off coupon. For those who don't know you can use BB&B coupons even after they have expired. I even pass on my extra ones to orher in line.

I can always find great things at Bed Bath & Beyond and they are very cooperative with returns as well. It's also great to have those 20% off coupons. Wide variety and I hope they are always there and Capitola!

Convenient location and has all the essentials for bedrooms and bathrooms. I like the soda stream CO2 canisters they carry. Just remember to bring the 20% coupons.

Love this store, the staff is friendly. The store is clean and organized. Almost everytime I walk in someone welcomes me and I love that! Makes my shopping much better, a nice attitude goes a long way.

Alex at Brown Ranch store was extremely helpful. I called asking about white noise machines, and he went back to the department and pulled out three different types and read me all of the information on the phone, then told me how to find that department in the store and to ask for him if we had any trouble locating the machines.

This place has everything imaginable and even a few things you wouldn't expect to find. Great staff. Great service. All of your kitchen, bedroom and bathroom needs are right here

Organized and staff is really helpful. Can't complain about anything other than the prices. Not much sales on the high price items.
