I had an Amazon return that went very quickly and I received a 15% coupon to use in the store. The associate at the return area was very friendly and efficient.

I dropped off my Amazon return to a polite and efficient employee. Then I selected a few items to try on. The fitting rooms were clean and quiet. The checkout was quick and efficient.

I order a number of Kohls and Amazon items. Returning them to this store is always a positive experience. Grace and Mathew make you feel you are a valued customer.
Now that they have added the Sephora and updated the store it is a pleasure to shop there.

Super Clearance sale going on now. I was trying to see the price for a Noice 😍 Citizen watch they had. Passed because of the band. I didn't have the time to search for the perfect replacement band. Might go for it if its still there in a few months.

Popped into Kohl's the other day specifically to purchase some Levi's jeans. They have an excellent selection of different styles and had my size. Walked out with three different pairs in different shades, a very satisfied customer.

They have pretty good sales on clothing, they have adorable styles and designs. Staff is friendly and helpful, they’re also busy so it’s best to be patient.

Went in the morning. The woman at checkout was amzaizing. Making the end of my shopping trip a happy one. The store itself is very clean. They are a little unorganized with departments but over all its pretty basic to find what your looking for. The stores not that big so easily you walk around the whole place within minutes.

Gave 5 stars because the associates are friendly & knowledgeable. But I wanted to buy some tennis shoes. Your prices are just so high for being a department store. I feel like it's a rip off. Even with sales lowest I found of my liking was $40 plus shoes. Boots and some old lady shoes were on sale for $19. So why not the tennis shoes which I need so badly for son & myself. Reson I shop here is because of my credit and other clothing options on the clearance racks.

First time ever shopping at Kohl's and I was blown away by the selection and price. Insane sales. I got a nice blazer, two dress shirts and a pair of of khakis for 75 bucks. So happy with my experience.
The sales were 30 percent to 85 percent off. Can't beat that even at Ross.
