Great customer service and a nostalgic feeling of shopping in a good ol' department store. They didn't have what I was looking for, but they quickly ordered it for me.

Went in to buy a suit. Kathy from men's department was amazing. Her customer service skills were fantastic. She knew how to navigate and find the exact suit and color and size we were looking for. She was super friendly and gave great insight to sizing and fit. Will definitely go back to this Macy's again.

I enjoy shopping at Macy's. Always a wonderful selection of clothes for Women, Men , children. I also get my kitchen supplies there. And they have a good selection of bedroom sets., Sheets , blankets , throws . My favorite thing to shop for is Este Lauder. Makeup and colone. Nice

Excellent Quality of Products;
Sales Clerks care enough to offer experience, knowledge, suggestions & patience with customers, so it's worth the small wait, if ever needed. Sales are Excellent savings, although full-price for Macy's merchandise is a deal also. Plenty of easy parking.
Several entrances easily accessible.

I'm a little baffled by all the negativity here, although I've never tried calling the store. I've shopped at this Macy's at least ten times, and the salespeople have always been polite and helpful. My only complaint is that the average-sized jeans move off the shelves too quickly for me to get to them. Maybe the women's department is worse? I can't comment on that.

Love having this Macys in Capitola! The home goods department upstairs always has the selection I’m looking for! Cheryl and Kathy are really kind and helpful!!

Very nice well manner young sales man in the jewelry department. I don't like to feel pressure to buy anything, he understood that and it worked; got a couple of beautiful pieces!

Macy's does a great job and try so hard to get everything right and make customers happy. The woman who helped me today gets not a 10 but more like a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10.... she was extremely patient about a sort of messed up return situation and got it all straightened out and just did a great job! Yaaayyyy Macy's!

We went to their Christopher Columbus Sale. There were two Sales Persons we wish to commend at Macy's Capitals. Ben in Housewares and Anthony in ladies wear. Nice environment. Sale was awesome!

One of the last remaining, what used to be referred to as, "department stores" in our local community. Very few customers were present at the time, but there were plenty of products and items to select from in all departments.

The best store for everything you need from perfumes and clothes for men, women and children. They have everything and their merchandise is an original international brand. I recommend visiting it. You will find everything they need.

Great sales. The cashier in the bedding department was very helpful with finding items & then helping determine which coupons would provide the biggest discount.
