Dr. Juarez-Reyes is the best internist and primary care physician I've ever worked with (and I'm 60 years old, so I've seen a few)! Intelligent, deeply knowledgeable, compassionate and a really great communicator. Three thumbs up!

I've been going to the clinic here for a couple years and my experience has been excellent. Dr. Angelo is awesome. The reception and nursing staff are great. The appointments are very timely, much more so than other doctors' offices. Plus, it's super convenient.

Dr Chang has been very good. He is extremely responsive when it counts and does not force unnecessary tests. I highly recommend him.

My primary care doctor is here. Stanford MD's and staff are excellent. They take Medicare.

My doctor is young and trying to push daily mental drugs . Because they get a kick back . I need help . I ask for lozpame. And she said no no . You need to take a daily pill . Blah blah . So anyways Dr. Angelo. . Is not a good Doctor. . She call me back to say so rude

As a patient of Dr. Bajra's, I had a normal/typical experience being seen in her office for my annual physical. She was nice enough and acted professionally. However, her business practices and her office's billing practices are deceptive and downright extortionate. A couple of weeks after being seen for my physical, I needed my primary care physician to fill out a short, 1 page medical clearance form for an upcoming program I would be attending. I requested Dr. Bajra fill this out for me; it contained questions that we had previously discussed at my physical. Dr. Bajra requested to give me a phone call, which I allowed as I thought she was nice enough to fill out this form for me. Of course, her motivation for scheduling a phone call is now clear. After this 10 minute conversation, the form was faxed to me filled out. Two weeks later, I received a bill from her office for $400 for "medical care." No medical care was received, and her office refused to recode the charge for my insurance company. No mention was made during our phone call that I would be billed, and in the past, my doctor has filled out nearly identical forms free of charge. If you are considering being a patient of Dr. Bajra's, know that she was nice in the office, but her office uses deceptive billing practices. Before speaking with her, ask in clear language if you will be charged for her time. Otherwise, you will be taken advantage of.

Lumped all cost into a single item "New Patient Management". No itemized breakdown. My co-insurance rate is only 10% for in-network and 30% out-network. Yet I am asked to pay 80% of the bill! Still trying to resolve. Let's see how this billing fiasco goes.

I would like to give 0 stars. Dr Shreya Jitendra Shah is my primary care doctor. I was in excruciating pain today and ended up 14 minutes late to my appointment as I was unable to get into the car due to severe pain. She did not see me. The front desk told me that they have a 10 minute late policy. A sensible health care provider would still see the patient who is in pain, even if late by a few minutes but not go over the allocated time for the appointment. I requested some immediate help for my pain but they refused to offer any. While they refused to offer any medication or even an opportunity to see the doctor after repeated requests , they were quick to schedule tests that costs close to a thousand dollars !!! The front desk employees ( who are not doctors) were very happy to order tests for me and take samples even though the doctor refused to see me. It did not matter that i was 14 minutes late. They were extremely rude and insensitive , did not provide any solutions to my immediate excruciating pain. Dr Shreya Shah did not see me , but suggested expensive tests without even seeing the patient . Please dont go to the office of Dr shreya shah and waste your time and money. The people at front desk alone are enough to turn you away.

Got scheduled at the wrong place with the wrong provider. Stanford sends a whopping bill (~$1032) for 20 minutes of unnecessary consult and refers us elsewhere, costing more time and money. The show goes on.

Insanely expensive and deceptive, borderline criminal. They ordered "some blood tests" without any description of what it was, and it was almost $7,000. For a couple video appointments and tests it was over $15k. If you must go here, get estimates, and push back and ask questions about any tests ordered.

Horrendous service. No one checked me in till 15 min after my appointment and then was not served until 45 min after scheduled start time. Appointment was in the AM.
