The UPS Store

While I don't live close by anymore, I frequently visit the SF Bay Area (south bay) quite a bit. I work in an industry where notary and snail mail are still a thing and I have trusted this store for the last 5 years to take care of all of my needs. Specifically with my notary needs I cannot afford to have any mistakes at all. The customer service here exceeds most other UPS stores that I generally use, so when I am in the area I make sure to leverage them when I need to. Would highly recommend this location to anyone for all of their business needs as the CX is second to none.

By far the best UPS Store I’ve been to. Had to offload some weight for a road trip & mailed a 26-pound box. It was falling apart but the store employee helped tape it sturdy, and then advised us on shipping decisions. It all went smoothly and we were back on the road within minutes. The package arrived at the intended destination safe & sound a few days later. I didn’t catch the employee’s name… thank you so much, you were a lifesaver! 🙏

Went to this UPS location to print out some stickers for my business. The staff was extremely friendly and greeted my upon arrival. Even though the store was fairly busy the staff was able to get my request taken care of quickly. The owner of the store was also very friendly and even opened the door for me on my way out, which was a very nice touch. I had a great experience overall and would recommend everyone to check out this UPS location. Excellent customer service!

Diogo is amazing. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. He helped me locate and resolve a package that was delivered to the wrong address. This would have been a really stressful and bad experience if it wasn’t for his excellent knowledge of the system and his thoughtful help and care.
