Dr. Chau is the best dentist I have encountered so far. She is patient, listens well and explains even better. The entire team is welcoming and friendly. Don't think dental clinics get any better than this!

I’ve been going to Dr. Gorrell since I was a young child, and I’m now in my 30s. I had to briefly change dentists due to insurance for a couple years and have tried several others—no one is like Dr. Gorrell and his fantastic team. I will always be going to his office til the end of time. Everyone is kind, honest, and helpful in his office, and the teeth cleaning process is done carefully and painlessly compared to other experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Due to a recent move, I was in the market for a new dentist a couple weeks ago when a crown popped off. I went to the Delta Dental site and selected filters to narrow the search to my area... over 700 results! But when I clicked the 'Board Certified' box, only 2 left, some other office that didn't look so hot, and Dr. Gorrell's office. So, I filled out Dr. Gorrell's new patient forms online, which was a super fast and efficient process, maybe 5 minutes, and selected an appointment day/time right then and there. The second you walk into their office, you can just tell they are a modern, professional establishment! Clean, nice upscale decor, and all of the staff end-to-end throughout the entire visit were friendly, helpful, and just naturally put you at ease. I am so extremely happy to have found them and that they were accepting new patients! Thanks so much Gorrell Smiles team... you guys rock! 😁

A good visit, I was fitted for an implant crown. It should be ready in a few weeks, and look forward to having space filled in.

I was very hesitant to go to a new dentist but I am so relieved I did! The staff is all very friendly and accommodating. Both the hygienist and dentist were super understanding and patient with all of my dental related anxiety. I really appreciate a practice that can handle their clients varying needs.

Very clean and well organized clinic. The staffs are very professional. My technician, Joyce, is by far the most detailed person when cleaning your teeth. I don’t have too many teeth problems but each time I needed a procedure more than cleaning it was always perfectly done. Highly recommended dentist clinic

Best dental office, ever! I love Dr. Gorrell and his entire team -- they're professional, courteous, thorough, and provide everything I've ever wanted in terms of dental care. I've had experiences with dentists who push procedures onto me in hopes of making $$ and that is absolutely not the case here. My review: I have been receiving dental cleaning here with Hope for about a year now, and she always aces the job. The staff are skilled, organized, timely and friendly. I especially want to call out the clinic's professionalism when handling COVID-19 last year -- the venue was extremely clean and the staff were masked, it made me feel very safe.

As usual a great experience. I highly recommend this practice, not only is everyone very friendly but also very professional and helpful. I love my hygienist, Hope, who's into every detail and Dr. Gorrell who's a great dentist.
Regarding safety, I haven't been to any other place (not even doctor's offices) that would have in place so many safety measures to avoid COVID-19 spread as this practice.
As if all of these weren't enough to choose them, they offer really ample and convenient hours. there's not excuse to delay your next appointment.

Gorrell does very thorough dental cleanings, they are great at scheduling, and they always walk you through how to better care for your teeth. Reception has always been really nice and helpful, and I really appreciate that they offer late (until 7pm) appointments!

I’ve been going to Dr. Gorrell’s office for over 20 years now and love him and his staff. They are all professional and kind! I generally see Joyce for maintenance (cleaning) and I have to say, she always does a superior job!

I've been going to Gorrell Smiles for a few years now. I switched to this practice because my husband and his parents have been receiving dental treatment from here for decades. I really love it. The whole atmosphere is lovely. Every person seems to enjoy working with each other, and they care about their patients and remember facts about them. For example, after I had my baby everyone in the office wanted to see photos and gush about her! It makes you feel like you are a part of their family and not just a patient that they forget about between each visit. The care has always been exceptional and they have nice touches like face towels or warm blankets on cold days. Highly highly recommend.

They take the COVID-19 Protocols seriously, without putting strains on patients. Nice to see smiling eyes. I just had my teeth cleaned & mouth examined this time. My dental assistant, Hope did a great job. Dr. Gorrell & his staff are the best. I've been their patient for several years. I had them replace a bridge with an implant. It went very well with no complications and it feels just like my other teeth.
