We delivered our baby here and the care team is incredible. During delivery, they respected our wishes but also knew when to take charge when baby and moms safety were at risk. The postpartum care is phenomenal. As first time parents, all of the staff was very supportive and patient, and took great care of baby and mom, and helped educate us on how best to care for our newborn. The lactation consultants were also very helpful. The room we stayed in while recovering from the delivery was a bit small, but the staff was so incredible that I’m still giving it 5 stars.

If you need to park overnight, try to get there before 8pm so that you can park in the gated garage. After 8pm the gate closes to keep cars more secure overnight. There's a brightly lit parking garage that's open after 8pm, but it just doesn't have the extra security of a gate.

Had two children here and couldn't recommend it more highly. The nursing staff are awesome.

Their NICU staff are amazing, full of knowledge and experience, friendly and kind. I missed them even after my baby’s 2-month hospitalization.

The ultrasound quality is not great. Haven't gotten a single decent picture if my baby face.

I've been here for 2 of my ultrasounds: 1st trimester NT scan and 20th week anatomy scan and my experience with the technicians has been consistently disappointing - rude and numb. They treated me like an object that just needs to be scanned and sent out instead of a human with emotions growing another human.

For the NT scan, sonographer seemed like a trainee and had terrible bedside mannerism. She was mindlessly pressing transvaginal ultrasound against the wrong hole (Unbelievable and so painful). Overall the scan itself was so painful that it took me a day to recover from that.

For the 20th week scan we requested a different sonographer, who thankfully seemed experienced but numb to emotions. The monitor in the room wasn't working, so I requested her to show me any major parts of the scan on the ultrasound machine. She rudely refused the request and said she will show glimpse of baby at the end. She made zero accommodations to make up for the broken monitor. Having not felt baby movement I was looking forward to seeing and experiencing the baby after 3 long months and all I got were a few pictures (that too after I had tears rolling when she refused earlier!).

Looking at other reviews too, numb technicians seem to be a culture here, who only care about scans. Pregnancy is such an important and painful journey for so many of us, how I wish they treated us more like humans. I am hoping to get a different scan provider for my next scan, hope my clinic can support that!

Terrible customer service
- Would not answer phone 9 out of 10 times.
- If answered, would place you on hold 9 out of 10 times.
- After placing on hold, would make you wait indefinitely 9 out of 10 times and would never return back.

Recently, we had a medical question for which they had to contact the doctor. After many attempts, the staff here told us they would call back after consulting with the doctor and they never reached back to us! Now we have to start all over again.

You would think that the staff here are extremely busy with patients and managing the facility. But when you visit in person, you'll never find more than a couple patients and they too are patiently waiting in the lobby. The reception staff don't answer your calls intentionally because they are lazy and have no one supervising them. They are chilling at their desks cracking jokes among themselves. Unfortunately, there is no other way to schedule appointments other than calling them.

(TIP FOR PATIENTS: The various MFM centres are able to book appointments for other locations. If the unprofessional staff at Mountain View don't answer your calls, try calling other MFM locations and schedule at Mountain View through them.)

The people at the front desk are nice but the staff that does the ultrasounds is terrible: not friendly from the beginning of the appointment- extra rude( I had to beg to get my husband on FaceTime and they asked to mute him so he couldn’t even ask questions at the end)- no empathy - annoyed by my questions or my baby’s positions- the talk with doctors is super short and on an iPad ...

I’ve been there 3 times, different women but same bad experience. It happened to other friends as well at this same location... I hope not all technicians are like that but please remember we are human beings without a support person with us because of covid and we could be treat better because ultrasounds should be the best first memories of the journey as a parent.

Called around 4:30 pm o Friday to make an appointment and waited more than 10 minutes, nobody ever answered. Tried again twice and had to give up.
