Redwood Pipe & Drain was FAST to respond and investigate the problem, I had an estimate for pipeline replacement a few hours later, and the work was done the next day. Communication was excellent and the repair team was fast, friendly, and professional.

Great experience with these folks. From the time Brittni picks up the phone to the time the work is performed, the customer service is first rate. Their folks are timely, responsive and do good work. Finding good contractors is a challenge, but based on my experience these folks set themselves apart in terms of customer service and quality. Glad to have found them.

I am very happy with the awsome service I recieved from Redwood Pipe & Drain.
All of the folks there were professional from the get-go. Britney gave me a quote over the phone for replacement of my hot water heater and disposal of the old one. It was a fair quote, so I called them back that evening. Brett was here the next morning &
within 3 hours I had hot water!
I found him to be very knowledgeable, polite, clean and efficient.
Mike came by to check on the situation, he was thoughtful & innovative. We discussed some other issues including the old galvanized pipes and lack of a water softener.
Brett took some photographs of the pipes. That very evening, they sent quotes for copper replacements & a new softener.
I am happy to have finally found my forever plumbers ! I am looking forward to working with these folks on the next phase of my Plumbing renovation!

Redwood Pipe and Drain are great. The owner, Mike, came to our house and we went over the work we were looking at. We wanted to replace our water heater tank with a tankless system, replace all of the existing galvanized water pipe with copper, and upgrade our propane to accommodate a new gas fire place and prep for addition of a propane generator and line to our BBQ in the future. The crew, Richard, Brett, Silvestre, arrived after 9, not too early, and introduced themselves. All very polite and courteous and professional. All of the work they did was top notch and they don't cut corners on materials. They were very responsive to feedback and are true to their word when it comes to making sure the customer is satisfied, including making some changes at my request. They are very committed to making sure that all of the work is done to your satisfaction. When all of the work was done they cleaned up after and took away the old water heater. Brittni in the office is totally on top of all communication and each day I got a text notification in the morning of who was showing up and and when. I was also always sure that communication got to the crew when I sent it. Very responsive communication. All in all I highly recommend Redwood Pipe & Drain. Great folks

Redwood Pipe and Drain replaced a water heater at my home. They did a fine job and used excellent up to date and timely communication with me during the entire process.This was the second time I have called upon this company and would highly recommend them.

Our water heater died on a Saturday. We called and they came out quickly, got us a quote, and got us a new water heater same day. A little bit more expensive than competitors but their speed couldn’t be beat.

I received several estimates for the work work I needed and although Redwood Pipe and Drain’s was a little higher than the others, the knowledge and professionalism displayed by Richard Mettler, the plumber sent by Redwood to provide the estimate, was far beyond the others and gave me the confidence to proceed with them. Richard, who also did the work, was on time, kept me informed throughout the process and performed the work within the time estimated and did so immaculately. I’m impressed and extremely satisfied. Working with Redwood Pipe & Drain was a breeze. Michael came out to diagnose an issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I'm pleased with the plumbing issue they fixed and the whole house water filtration system they installed. I would recommend them and plan to use their services again.

I used Redwood Pipe and Drain for the first time recently. The owner of the company, Mike came out to re-run lines to a new water heater, after my old heater died. Mike was very friendly, professional, and ended up being around half the price of another plumbing quote I received. Also worth noting, I called him up late one day, and he fit him into his schedule the very next morning. Very pleased with my experience. Would recommend to others.

I had a toilet flange replaced. Sewer smell problem was fixed. Price was very reasonable. Quick and courteous.
