Dollar Tree

We were camping at Henry Cowell Campground. It's close by n always find things for camping. This place is exceptionally orderly, clean n well stocked. And most of all, the women that works here are helpful and friendly.
Always find great bargains. Ice, collapsible containers ( hold stuff for kitchen or inside tent .. keep things organized), lighter wand to light up camping stove or candles, a shoe organizer with 9 pockets ( tapes , extra candles, ziplock bags, etc )... I hang it on clothesline with my S Hooks, S Hooks big n small .. are a must to bring to camp.. Fabulouso lavander fragrance, stickers, eye shadows, eyeliners, paper towel, liquid hand soap, hand wipes n etc.
And when I'm home .. . Also get my fr local $ Store ... greeting cards .. 2 for $1 , gift bags n tissues .. plastic containers.
What did we do before we had $ Store ? ... We paid higher price !!!

Fun, large store with great inventory variety. Unlike some other "dollar stores," everything in this store really is one dollar, no less, no more. I needed some UV protective sunglasses for a one-time trip out on the Monterey Bay with a group. When I went grocery shopping today, Walgreen's had Foster-Grant sunglasses for $16. For fun I went to the nearby Dollar Tree. All of their $1 sunglasses have polycarbonate (UV protective) lens. Polycarbonate lenses are far more impact-resistant than plastic or glass lenses provide 100% protection from UV rays Many were pretty ugly, but I quickly found a decent wrap-around pair that look reasonably good - a 94% savings. When they inevitably get broken or lost, I'll just go back for another $1 pair. Judging by how busy the store was, I'd guess they have a lot of regular customers. Dollar Tree tends to be associated with less affluent neighborhoods, but this area near Silicon Valley is definitely upscale with an $922K average home price (Feb 2019).

This store is best of Dollar Tree's from Santa Cruz to Scotts Valley! They are cleanest, nicest product viewing shelves, open and clean bathrooms, and kindest employees. I am glad I came here yesterday while my dog was being groomed and was able to geta basket full of great deals. Thank you Scotts Valley Dollar Tree employees for your hard work keeping your store so clean and organized so we customers can see things on shelves so easily and enjoy shopping there.

One of the best dollar tree stores that I have been to. Stocked well and clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Went in to Dollar Tree for a few items I was plesently surprised at how neat and clean the store is all employees were working hard. Then I got to the register was greeted with a nice smile and a friendly hello. Thank you Heidi the cashier. All managers should visit this store for training. Thanks Dollar Tree...

The store is clean and well stocked with a good rotation of arts and crafts supplies. Really nice cashiers and I'm here all the time.

This is the cleanest dollar tree in Santa Cruz county. Definitely the biggest store but somehow as far as selection goes, it seems like I find random bits at the one on east cliff way better even though east cliff one is always trashed somehow... Anyways, best organization of products, cleanest store, more space and they will bring second checkers up quicker than any others.

The dish area is really dark though :(

A nice place with friendly help. Much cleaner and better organized than my last encounter with a discount shop. I bought a couple of discount permanent markers for a dollar each. At these prices, I'll be back.
Update: fewer masks, higher prices $1.25 other than that about the same.

This place should be called Dollar Tree Premium. You can always find everything you want, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

As always like I have posted before Dollar tree is always usually pretty great !!! I sure wish I had a little elf to carry around in my pocket to stop me before I spend way too much money.

Not my idea of a fun time but it's the highlight of my kids week. Which is fine. The stuff is cheap and there seems to be new stuff quite regularly. Staff are friendly. No one really offers to help you but what help do you need at a dollar store?

This store is so organized!!! I have been to Dollar Trees all over the country while traveling in my RV. Impressed.

Bring your bucks or your credit card and shop, shop, shop. Get all you house hold goods, soap, shampoo, paper, pens, and tons of fun stuff here. You can even shop for breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything is a buck, or less. Always clean and well stocked and with shopping carts or baskets for your precious items.

I found exactly what I was looking for, the staff was nice and I was able to use the restroom. However I do wish that the sink didn't look so filthy so keep some rubbing alcohol with you

I was a 99 cent store user down south. But I have to say this store is GREAT. The EMPLOYEES are kind and helpful and being in my 70's is a time in my life when my eyesight is not so sharp. But they take the time to HELP... THANKS

Just moved to the Santa Cruz mountains and love everything around here. This is the best Dollar Tree store I have seen, but again I come from the South Bay lol.

I love how I can always find something useful for $1 that is usually more expensive elsewhere: hand soap, brushes, tuna lunch kit, grabber/extenders, dishes, car air fresheners, kleenex boxes, scrubbers, plastic organization containers, party decor & wrap, shipping/mail items, educational workbooks & teaching supplies, sunglasses, craft items. Love it!

Target was good a lot of there food prices are well below Safeway prices, a third off.
