I love the shoe selection here - stylish and unique. The staff has always been super helpful and provide great style advice. Whenever I'm in downtown Santa Cruz, this is my go to for shoes and boots!

Lindos zapatos

My wife and I were shopping for shoes in Santa Cruz. This was the first store where we stopped. My wife found a pair of shoes she liked and we purchased them. Thirty minutes later we found the same style shoe that was better made and fit exceptionally well in another store. These people would not refund the purchase. Their store credit program is as janky as can be...must forever carry a receipt with you. Big fail on customer service. Consider vising the other shoe shops on Ocean/Front street.

Don't waste your hard earned money here. Journey (the store manager) was clearly uncomfortable with my presence in the store and felt the need to follow me around and ensure that I felt uncomfortable being at the store. I had to ask her to leave me alone and that I would tell her if I needed help. She was condescending and extremely rude. So upsetting. I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this store. I love their products and even encouraged friends and family to shop here, but after today's experience, all I can say is, if you read the rest of the reviews, you'll see their customer service is horrible and unprofessional.

My girlfriend bougut a pair of expensive shoes for a professional event at the university. Within minutes of wearing the shoes to the car she noticed the sole was practically ruined by granules on the sidewalk. Upon returning to the store and expressing her disappointment they took no responsibility and were extremely rude to her. Terrible customer service there are better shoe stores down that street go to one of those.

really liked a pair in the window but they were closed before the posted time on their door, there were other shoppers wishing to go in and the employees were just walking around as if they didn’t see us
