Susan is amazing! It’s so hard for me to find someone that can cut my curly hair but Susan always just knows what to do. She’s a true artist that never disappoints. I always leave her salon feeling like a million bucks.

Brittney Baker at Phoenix Hair Salon is awesome!!! I’ve been coming to Brittney for sometime now and she always does a great job in cutting my hair, styling it, and now coloring it. Just had my hair colored yesterday and it’s absolutely what I wanted and she did a fantastic job. When Brittney cuts my hair I literally don’t need to do much to style it. I just shower, blow dry a little bit and I’m out the door. Takes less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Brittney to anybody and have to all of my friends.

I’ve been working with Susan, for nearly ten years and adore her. She’s super thorough, has incredible attention to detail and is a master stylist. When I came to Phoenix my blonde highlights were dated - they were chunky, brassy, and the color was uneven. I have dark brown hair naturally, so it can be difficult to get that creamy blonde tone that is so pretty. Susan’s skill is unparalleled- she is an expert colorist who takes her time to make your hair perfect. She will not compromise the health of your hair- so if you are looking for someone that will say yes to a picture and send you home with your hair about to break off she’s not for you. However if you are looking for someone who will protect your hair, do beautiful work, and be a pleasure to be around, you’ll have a stylist for life!

I found this little Gem 2 years ago and saw the owner Susan. I’ve been coming to her ever since! She really listens to what you want. I’ve been wanting to go lighter forever from my dark brown hair and she gave me the best color melt! I never thought my hair would get so light. I can’t wait to go even lighter next week. She’s a true artist! Love her!

Shaida is the greatest at cutting my hair and trimming my beard! My beard looks like crushed velvet when she's done. I have a long mohawk and she gives the closest cut, without cutting the long hairs.

She's also really pretty and fun to talk to! I'm the pickiest person when it comes to barbers and I hardly ever write reviews. So, believe me when I say how awesome she is. Everyone should go here.

Shaida is the only person who can tame my wild cowlicks and turn them into a pompadour that Moz would be jealous of. She is an artist and truly makes my life better with each cut . Her scissor work is appreciated over conventional clippers and she takes the time to get it right .Conversations are never dull and she always has a fresh beverage ready for me when I arrive . Do your head a favor and book some time with her. She is the best!

I have had many bad experiences because my hair is a bit tricky to cut (wavy, curly, straight, depending on the day and the strain of hair) but I was so happy when Shaida Locascio cut it! She's an amazing stylist! Make your hair happy and set up an appointment with her :-)

Shaida is a miracle worker! She performed a serious operation on my hair that was an atrocity after an entire summer of camping and DIY attempts. This meant her challenge was dealing with hot roots, lavender coloring over hair that Shaida delicately referred to as "compromised," hair that a year prior had been fried off in a mistaken all over platinum process by a professional. Also, I had been growing out an undercut for a year as well, so her challenge was to fix that color, not burn anything else off, and connect the different haircuts. It was magic what she did to bring me back to a happy place with my hair. By my follow up visit months later, Shaida did a gorgeous job by bringing me to a neutral blonde, with the cutest, most stylish haircut. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great, easy to be around, talented stylist that knows her stuff.

I moved to California one year ago from Pennsylvania where I saw the same stylist for 15 years. Once in CA, I immediately booked an appointment with a local hair salon to have my hair colored. My hair was so damaged that it was crunchy and the wrong color. I then tried a second salon and the stylist was unable to fix the issue. It wasn't until I met Jenny at Phoenix that my hair was restored back to it's original color and texture. Jenny spent the time to listen to my past experiences and she was able to figure out what went wrong and brought my hair back to life. I would recommend Jenny for any of your hair needs.

I love how the hairstyles talk to you make you fill that you are one of the family. I got my hair done and it is know manageable. I love how my hair looks like that I have spent hours to make it look good only a hour with everything I did to it today. Call and make a appointment with Sam. She is the best.

Jennifer is so good with my hair, she listens and gives you informative insights on how to improve cut or color. All the women that work at this salon are very non judgemental and super down to earth. I feel very welcomed and there is always some interesting topic being discussed. I highly recommend to anyone searching to find a salon where people as individuals matter.

Shaida is the love of my life for all purposes hair. I initially found her on instagram when I had an itch to dye my hair Opal, a SHARP contrast from my naturally dark brunette locks... (yes Opal like the white/rainbow moon stone color that governs october) and she was able to make my dreams of becoming a unicorn ice queen come true. I have since switched more to the grey side and I have been seeing Shaida ever since. Whether you need a new simple cut or are having a complex color crisis, Shaida is THE lady. Let her pamper you with the best hair salon experience you'll ever have. You WILL NOT regret it.

I love this salon!! The salon itself is so cute on the inside and everyone is so friendly. Claudia is the absolute best, she does really high quality work (I get icy blonde highlights) and I always leave the salon looking great! 10/10 would recommend her and this salon.

Samantha is AMAZING! I am pretty indecisive with my hair and she’s always willing to help me settle on what changes to make. I have seen her perform magic with color and can’t wait to let her experiment on my own hair! Do yourself a favor and take her chair for a spin!
