Great customer service! Came from out of town to ride Sea Otter Classic and a day before the race I brought my road bike to them hoping they could do a quick servicing and re-wrap handle bars with new tape as well as adjustment to the shifter. Was praying they could do it within a couple hours and they told me know problem they'd squeeze it in. Had it back to me in 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Great bike shop with good knowledgeable people. Thank you!

I purchased a Specialized Stump Jumper Evo Pro directly through Scott’s Valley Cycle Shop. Their customer service was top notch and they were more than happy to answer all of my technical questions about the bike. I ordered it by phone on a Tuesday and it was on my doorstep in Lake Tahoe on that Friday. They did an awesome job packing the bike and providing basic assembly instructions. Though I do not live locally to their shop I will most definitely continue to use them for any of my mountain biking needs! Thanks again!

Surprisingly good experience buying a complete bicycle from this dealer. They gave me straight-up accurate information about a bike I was interested in purchasing and having shipped out-of-state. Within 2 business days they called to verify my address before shipping and was at my house the next day. They made the buying experience very easy and customer service was outstanding. I came down from Lake Tahoe to buy a new Specialized Levo SL. They had the best inventory and the most knowledgeable sales people and mechanics. When I came to pick the bike up, they spent whatever time was needed to set up the bike sag, rebound, and fit. Outstanding service.

Entire experience was great…they didn’t have my size in the shop but checked with warehouse and within 15 minutes a bike arrived! Service tech had everything double checked and suspension dialed in within 30 min. Dan took care of the money stuff and I was on my way! Went for first ride this morning and am completely stoked! The Stumpjumper Evo Elite is an awesome machine…happy trails ahead!

I used SV Cycle Sport for service on my e-bike for the first time this past weekend. The experience was positive in all aspects. The work was done promptly and perfectly, the staff members I interacted with were friendly and communication was easy. The price was quite reasonable. I will use them as needed in the future.

I had a great experience at the shop. First of all, I messed up my reservation and selected the wrong day. They accommodated me with an e-bike right on the spot and got it ready in a matter of minutes. Later on, we forgot to bring our tailgate pad, so they gave us one for the day so we could transport the bikes as they are supposed to. Bikes were very nice, Specialized.

Received my new bike today. Unbelievable customer service before delivery and awesome delivery. They packed it with care and attention. Everything was ready to go! Love my new specialized epic evo. Appreciate the service! You can tell these people care about their customers and their store!

I came in at the end of day to get tubeless tires on my bike, they were done within the morning of the next day! They called to give me some options to make sure it’s what I wanted and within my price range. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

This shop has an abundance of bikes. However I was searching for a road e- bike, which they happen to have in stock. It is the exact one that I've been searching for and at a great price! Drove over an hour to test ride the bike, which was perfect for me. Shayne is very knowledgeable about how the e-bike works. Great service received at this shop, all friendly. Before taking the bike home, it was throughly tested/tuned. I recommend shopping this store, they may have what you're looking for.

I was on the hunt for the perfect ride, was tipped off to Scotts Valley Cycle Sport by the legendary Keith, the big Kahuna himself from the esteemed "Tuna Can" riding group. Now, when the Kahuna speaks, you listen. So off I went, ready for a bike-venture of a lifetime.

I laid eyes on the Specialized Levo Carbon Comp like it was love at first sight. Fast forward a year, and this beauty has become an extension of my very soul. I've been tearing up the trails in UC and Demo, racking up a cool 20 miles a week.

Now, here's the kicker. Not once – not a single blessed time – have I had to give my beloved Levo Comp the spa treatment because it's built like an indestructible beast. It's like the folks at Scotts Valley Cycle Sport summoned the biking gods and said, "Make this one bulletproof!"

And just when I thought life couldn't get any better, I recently rolled my trusty steed into the shop for a little pampering – a tune-up, a new set of shoes (tires, that is), a fresh chain, and a cassette replacement. Now, I don't know if they sprinkled some bike magic or performed a secret ritual, but my Levo Comp emerged from that shop looking and feeling brand spanking new.

I'm talking dialed-in perfection, folks. It's like the bike version of a spa day, and let me tell you, my Specialized is strutting its stuff like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I couldn't be happier if I tried.

We are always greeted by friendly people who offer assistance if needed. They are knowledgeable and took time to talk to my son (11 yo), who is very serious about bikes, about what he needed. They took the time to discuss options and budget. They didn’t have exactly what he needed so they ordered the part. This experience reinforced my belief that they are the perfect shop for our whole family. It’s always clean, well organized and the layout flows nicely. Great variety of merchandise, excellent staff and a convenient location make it our #1 go to shop! A+

I order a Fox 40 fork from Scott's Valley Cycle Sport. I had a few questions before I ordered the fork. Dan was very helpful, and answered all my questions. I look forward to working with Dan and the rest of Scott's Valley's staff in the future. My next big purchase will be a Fox DHX2 shock, and I plan to give Scott's Valley first opportunity with that purchase.
