Got the general Tso's lunch special, the chicken was nice and crispy, and the sauce was delicious too. I got it without the soup of the day, wish they would have substituted it somehow (I just don't like soups).

Waiter is kind of serious, but once he gets to know you he is very nice. But the food is awesome. Our favorite is the walnut shrimp. But everything is well done.

I usually don’t leave reviews (this is my first one) but my friends and I were looking for a place in Santa Cruz to get some good Chinese food and I’m so glad we came to this place! It’s a convenient location right next to a parking garage so you don’t have to waste time to look for parking and it’s honestly a well kept, clean, family restaurant. The food portions are huge so it’s definitely worth it for sure! I ordered the shrimp fried rice and they definitely did not skimp with the shrimp like a lot of other places would. If you want bomb authentic Chinese food in Santa Cruz this is definitely the place to go! If I hadn’t devoured the teriyaki beef I ordered I would’ve uploaded a picture but overall would definitely come back here if I’m in the area! They have great customer service and were quick to make our takeout order which is really nice. Highly recommend for sure!!

Good food, good friendly service, very professional. The windows tables are clean, the portions are big food served fast. Another thing I would like to note is how fresh their rice is. Many restaurants have tough chewy rice, but not here. Also they serve on nice plates, not paper plates like others. A+ all the way around.

And anyone who doesn’t give this please five stars obviously, does not know what to order, has horrible, taste in food, or are just downright rude people. I have been going here religiously since the week they opened. The items on the menu that I order I have always been consistent and delicious. I won’t get Chinese food from anywhere else. Service is extremely fast. And they are always friendly.

The beef and broccoli is delicious, you get massive chunks of tender beef too. Love the lemon and orange chicken and chicken chow mein. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu it’s all delicious.

Love this restaurant! Tried at least 10 different dishes on our many visits and they’re all good. Portions are decent and prices are average and the service is always good to excellent. Don’t understand the few bad reviews. I also like that it’s quiet and has an outdoor patio for good weather. Try it!

This is an AMAZING place. We were greeted with a smile. We started off with chicken and corn soup and it was delicious. Followed with orange chicken, combination fried rice and chicken chow mein.

We will definitely be back again!!!!

This is my go to Chinese place every time I'm in Santa Cruz. They have a great lunch special and the food is quite good. Don't be fooled by the "dinner look" of the place; go for the food. Beware there is no bathroom in this restaurant (it is located around the corner), so go before you go. The prices are extremely good.

Great Food! It may not have been authentic Chinese food but I really liked their taste. Also the owner is a super sweet guy! Highly recommended.

This place changed hands about 2 years ago. The chef/family are from Hong Kong so come here and work on your Cantonese! Produce seems better than most Chinese restaurants in Santa Cruz. Lots of classic American/Chinese dishes but they've got a flare to their cooking. I really like the beef and baby bok choy dish.

Santa Cruz suffers from a lack of great Chinese food. This place helps fill the void with flavorful, inexpensive dishes served by a friendly crew. Try the Vegetarian Kung Pao, which is not on the menu but they are happy to accommodate!

Very good Chinese. Servings are a tad bellow $10 each which serve 4 people. Nothing that came out was sub par but rather excellent quality given with prompt service. I have been to several Chinese places around town and this is by far some of the best I've had in a long while.

Amazing food, super affordable!

Had an excellent meal there, even though we were rushed (because we are poor planners) the food cane quickly and tasted great. My only regret was that we didn’t opt to take the leftovers with us.

Eggs rolls are my favorites and lots of food, very good and fairly priced. they have lunch specials and would go often. Friendly family service.
