We started to come for coffee and ended up
Having the wonderful tasty homemade soups they are offering. Every single choice on the menu is healthy and tasty. Coffee is very good also. What a wonderful hidden gem coffee shop with a great atmosphere and service. Definitely must visit.

I don't drive this way often but when I do, I make sure I stop by here and grab a delicious latte and burrito! Anything I have tried here on the menu is great! The live music and family feel-good vibes here really make the experience worthwhile. The owner and staff are fun social people to chat it up with and make you feel so welcome. I encourage everyone to visit this sweet gem of a spot tucked away in Aptos.

The people are kind, hard working, and have a lot of positive energy. I really enjoyed the lentil soup. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and pastries. Parking was easy and they're not far off highway 1, which made it a quick and easy pit stop. They have wifi available. (I didn't use it, so I can't speak to the quality of the wifi.) Indoor and outdoor seating is available, with a special gated part in the outdoor area that's specifically for dogs too.

I wish I lived closer, because I'd be a regular here!

Lovely spot to enjoy a coffee or any of the other drinks & food offered. Nice indoors & lovely patio. Music on some weekends. Sylvia, the owner, is a beautiful woman who treats customers like friends & family. The coffee is good too! ☕😊🐾

I love California Coffee! Sylvia the owner is amazing and so is her staff! The public events on the patio/ garden area are awesome. Great place to look at local artist work, sip your coffee and eat a breakfast burrito or pastery! I love sitting by the water fountain with my kids. Dog friendly, kid friendly. Everyone is welcome!! I love this little coffee shop! I came here as a wedding guest and instantly fell in love. The location is perfect, staff is kind and very attentive. The owner, Sylvia, is absolutely amazing! I’ve came a few times now, and always receive great service. Highly recommend.

I just stopped here after a long hike to enjoy a cold brew coffee and a club sandwich. Both hit the spot perfectly. I like the vibe of this place and the owner was really nice. Can't wait to return the next time I'm in Aptos.

I used to come here a lot when it was a different business (almost a decade ago). Been a while, but I came in with a healthy dose of skepticism... but I am SOLD.
The macha latte is divine. I recommend. The staff genuinely friendly and helpful. AND the clean bathroom is a huge comfort for the weary traveler.

Came down to visit family in the area and found this hidden gem. Ran in for coffee to-go since we had our dog with us and was chatting with the owner while she made our coffee and mentioned my dog being in the car. She quickly invited him in as well, so we didn't have to rush out and back on the road! She even gave him some doggie treats too! It's hard to find somewhere in Sacramento that is dog friendly, so this was an unexpected surprise! There's both indoor and outdoor seating with a very homey vibe with lot's of bright colors and beautiful plants. Definitely plan on returning the next time we are in town! Great coffee and great customer service! Next time we will make sure we go when they have live entertainment!!

Very pretty little spot w excellent coffee. The barista is very skilled! Small fenced mini dog park. Lots of bagels, pastries etc. good for breakfast or lunch.

Very nice people ~ pre made sandwiches were okay, custom sandwiches were great. Great dog park with tables, fountain and nice landscaping.

Best place in Aptos by far. Have the best green goddess smoothie ever made personally by the owner Sylvia. The food is amazing. Also, you can grab vegan gluten-free dairy free treats made by OMSOUL. Come on in and enjoys the relaxing environment and the great community fives vibes. Come on by and say hi to Sylvia on Saturdays live music and call an amazing crew. Great coffee and relaxing vibe. Been coming here for years, even when it was Surf City. Excellent food items too.

I found this little gem on my way to Carmel and I am SO GLAD I chose this place. I needed to take a work call in a quiet and professional setting and California Coffee came through strong.

Parking was easy and felt plentiful. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive.

I ordered the Pistache latte and it was INCREDIBLE. I asked the barista if it was sweet and she assured me it wasn’t too sweet (if I had a nickel for every time I’ve been mislead with sweetness level in my life…) She was right. It was perfect. Not too sweet, not too bland, subtly flavorful. AND they have decaf espresso beans.

I will most certainly be back here.

The food and pastries looked great and very fresh also.

The WiFi was fast and reliable and the walk set in background was so good, my coworkers commented on how cute it was.

This place is so good. Skip Starbucks and drive here. It has free parking. Great seating inside WITH outlets, wifi, great service, and superb drinks and food. Highly recommend.

Whenever I’m in town, I come here to work and I couldn’t ask for a better work place. Spacious indoor and outdoor seating! Great service, friendly owners and staff, delicious drinks and breakfast. Haven’t been here for live music, but popping when I drove by one day.

Love this place! Need an emotional lift? Are you running low of psychic/emotional energy? Down in the dumps? Come to California Coffee for the whole-life pick-up you need and deserve. People here are like family and always happy to see you. Great tunes and live music on weekends! Sometimes dancing! Wine and beer too!

A Beautiful Coffee Shop right off the freeway it feels very cozy to come and work here with my laptop and have a coffee the people are great and their products are just so good i ordered a Chai Tea Latte and by far has to be the best ive had. Everything is very clean and they way the shop is set up is just remarkable i will definitely come again and again. Thank you guys

Very nice, relaxing place for a coffee

I came here for the off-the-charts atmosphere and received one of the all time best cups of chai I've ever had! Plus the staff is truly lovely. No other coffee shop compares to this place.
