Patagonia Outlet

I placed an online order and there was some issue with in-store inventory. However, Kailee was super helpful on the phone helping me locate the store that has my jacket and reserved it for me. They shipped the item quickly. Overall, this has been the best customer service I’ve experienced so far.

We were able to find many jackets here that were on sale. Some were not available on their website. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped locate a jacket of a different color that's in limited supply in another store and arranged to shipped to my home. There is a small parking lot in front of the building.

I had an amazing time here. Came during the 50% off sale and I was just sad I couldn’t afford to buy the whole store. Amazing selection and the best staff around. You should definitely stop on by.

You can find some good discounts here. You just have to know what your looking for. I picked up a Black Hole roller duffel bag for $175. It retails online for $419

Great Outlet with comparable large selection. The store is significantly larger than the one in Santa Cruz. I made a couple of good deals there.

Really nice spot was nice today, we had river cafe very good dumplings and salad that had a yummy sweet sauce as well and great coffee and service. Bathroom around the corner was nasty though

I like shopping here- there are some crazy deals to be found, but it's hit or miss.

First time visiting this outlet store and all the staff were extremely kind & so helpful. The prices are amazing too, with huge deals. Definitely will be returning. Shoutout to Yarno & Christian specifically for going above & beyond. 5/5 stars

Great place to find cool Patagonia clothes. Don't let the outlet name fool you, they had a flannel shirt for $90!?! But they do have some things on sale, not a lot of large sizes so if you are an extra small or extra large you'll find a lot of bargains. Customer service was nice and friendly. The layout of the store was a little confusing.
