I got impressed with the level of detail in the repair of my car. The surface finish was superor to my expectations, and the Santa Cruz Auto Body staff was always very attentive to make the process simple for me, arranging what was needed with the insurance and the rental car.

The staff was amazing and communication was fantastic, the car looks great, they did such a fantastic job I asked them to take care of some cosmetic stuff on my truck.

First impressions: the parking lot is so full parking tight if even available at all. It was populated with the sad wrecks that will probably be ahead of yours. It would be nice if they had a separate lot for work in process. Once in the door you might be intimidated by big grumpy guy in the corner. Not sure what role he plays but it sure doesn't make one feel welcome. Now for the stars - Liz makes the process easy and delightful. She is the face of the company and your primary contact, don't ever let her go. Didn't get a chance to look at the shop so can't attest to what goes on in the back. I usually would check out the workspace before leaving my vehicle with someone but insurance was in control of this one. The results out the door look good so no complaints there. Will see how it holds up and I'm optimistic.

SCAB is great. Liz is my contact person. Super helpful and communicative. Estimate shocked me a bit but that's the inflationary times we live in. I only had to pay the deductible. Hope my premuims don't increase too much. Right side damage from me not paying attention and scraping a pole as I got a new parking space in my underground garage and did not navigate my path too well. Live and learn and get repairs at SCAB. Hopefully not any time soon again ....

This was the second time I chose this shop. I chose it again because my first experience was so great. Excellent service all around, including respectful treatment, great communication, timeliness and the repairs themselves. I highly recommend Santa Cruz Auto Body.

Oil shop damaged my car and they recommended SCAB to repair it. They were great, and the turnaround was much quicker than they promised. Will be coming back with my wife's car for repairs!
