SMASH gym MV is a great place!
All coaches are very professional, experienced, and kind. The whole atmosphere is welcoming and invigorating.
Their Strengthening & Conditioning classes are simply brilliant. My balance, mobility, and strength have improved noticeably in about one month of regular training. I cannot express my gratitude enough to coach Jason, coach Sash, and coach Ruth.

I love the range of Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu classes here. The classes are back to back and late enough in the evening that I can do both classes after work (6 PM & 7 PM). The instructors are very experienced former competitors and they are passionate about teaching the next generation competitive fighters. I am not one of those people but I appreciate being able to learn from the best!

They welcome people of all skill sets so beginners are encouraged to enroll as well. They have a testing system to help prepare you when you're ready to level up. I love this gym and the Smash family!

Oh yeah, membership here gives you access to all the other Smash gyms in the area as well.

Chris was very helpful with all the enrollment process and very friendly. The gym is very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed my first class with coach Tristan, very helpful with all the techniques and very good class. I will totally recommend this place to anyone who’s interested in learning kickboxing and has no experience.

If you are looking for a gym that is about far more than exercise, you should consider training at Smash Gyms. The gym’s facilities are terrific, and the instructors are exceptional. The variety of classes offered will keep you from ever becoming bored. In addition, you will find that the gym fosters a close community where you will fit in and feel valued. Great gym, programs and staff. Higher intensity programs, can achieve quick results. As an older person, and out of shape, it was a pleasure to be a part of this gym community. There are all types, fitness levels and ages here. All are welcome and supported at their level. Member for a year. Variety of class, check times to meet your needs, remembering you have access to other facility when you are a member here. Highly Recommend! Shout out to Chris, Brian, Megan, Berg and Sarah. Super energetic and friendly staff. Various class options. I sometimes would take more than one class per day, which is quite a common thing in this gym as I observed. I mainly take jujitsu and Muay Thai/ kickboxing classes, and Sometimes other general work out classes. All of them are super fun. This is the place I started learning jujitsu and that is one of the best decisions I made in my life. Coaches are patient, informing and caring.

Chris is the best!! He is so helpful and awesome! On my first class he really helped me and oriented how to put my hand raps on :). When My friend and I enrolled the gym he was so friendly, he really cares about his customers and made us feel welcomed.

The poly/bumper plates are a really good deal at $1 / lb when buying 260lbs. The other full power cages and barbells are over-priced and you can the literal same items at walmart / amazon for cheaper

It is a good deal if you don't want to deal hunt but the plates for bumpers is really good

Smash gym is a great spot. I usually dread gyms but this one is sticking. The coaches are kind and knowledgeable. I’m actually having fun!

We were visiting out of town and the team were so accommodating to let us drop-in to their classes. In addition to the combat classes they run CrossFit-style sessions with brand new equipment in their rear studio.

I am an early Smasher (been going for 6 years) and I couldn't be happier with this new location. I can now commute to San Francisco daily and work out with my Smash family right out of Caltrain!

Way overpriced! For "3 month challenge" they want $4,000! Are you kidding me, and monthly fee $300.0 , there are other gyms way better and definitely better price. And they only offer 2 classes.

Increased my rate and continued charging me after multiple attempts to cancel my membership.

CERO STARS IF I COULD. ANOTHER GYM TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. Went to get enrolled in the 6-week challenge which in the advertisement is marked as FREE. When I arrive to the gym, the teller shows me that I actually have to pay 399 USD for the challenge and said it will be reimbursed. When I ask about the refund, he tells me I will actually never get to see this money, and that it acts as a credit I can use... except I can only take 30 bucks off this 399 "credit" per month in a 199 membership (again, per month) with "no contract commitment", except you actually have to commit if you already paid 399 bucks per month (since they will never be refunded to you). Sure, you can cancel anytime, but you will never see your 399 bucks back. I spent one hour of my life trying to understand the numbers and when will I would actually rip off the benefits of being subscribed to this gym and the calculations I made start to make sense at the 8th month. This is, sadly, another corporation scam to try to take advantage of the people who want to better their health and lifestyle. AVOID THIS TYPE OF PLACES AT ALL COSTS, and if you still want to enroll, make sure to ASK A TON OF QUESTIONS and understand how will your money be used.
