Amazing service! Dennis and his team did an amazing job figuring out what was going on with my car. He saved me a ton of money on what the dealership told me was going to be a very expensive repair by looking for the root cause of the problem. He was even able to get a new battery for my car at a discounted price. I'd highly recommend them and will be bringing my car here from now on.

Griffins/level up auto provided great service and did an excellent job at installing a full front paint protection film (clear bra) for my model s tesla. They answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. would highly recommend!

I used Level up Auto Styling for my window tint, and have had a positive experience so far. I left my vehicle for tint and then was ready by promised time. They do carbon and ceramic tints with lifetime warranty.

Given that this is a specialized shop and not a commerical one, recommend making appointment before hand. The rates for tint were very reasonable. Also they do tints only on Mon-Wed so make sure to get in before that.

My vehicle was returned clean and in the condition I gave. The folks were knowledgeable about the kind of tints rules etc.

Dennis and Justin are A1 individuals. They truly care about your needs, and they deliver. I recently purchased a new car and took it to them to wrap it with a PPF. The car looks incredible. There were some areas that needed some additional work after the first try, and Dennis and Justin had no problem working on it overtime to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely continue to come to Level Up/Griffins for my auto needs. Even if they can't help you, they'll put you in touch with someone who can. Really appreciate their hard work and diligence with my cars. Been going to them for years and will continue to do so moving forward.

The whole repair process was incredibly quick and easy. Initially I went to a couple other repair shops and their quotes were higher and repair timelines were a lot longer. Dennis did a quick inspection and helped me deal with insurance and rental. More impressively, when parts came in a day later than expected, he was quick to communicate and even offered to help me with Lyft that day! Overall, very professional, communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Had nothing short of a great experience working with Dennis and his team. I had my CrV tinted and Jay was able to help me. Dennis was actually on leave at the time, but he was able to set up his team to help me out. The tint itself is beautiful and helps me keep the heat down in these hot months. What I appreciated most was how they took care of me, gave me a ride share to my destination, and on the way back. I've been to various other private own auto shops and they wouldn't offer that on the front end.

Dennis and his team took excellent care of my car. I had tried another mechanic shop multiple times and they never fixed my AC. The online form for Griffin's is perfect. They make sure to address all of the issues you list. I mentioned there was a noise when I idled and I wasn't sure if it was just my AC pump or another problem. The team was able to get my new ac pump installed and top off my steering pump in one day. My car sounds great and it is so nice to have AC again :) The price is very fair. I highly recommend this shop!

The repairs done to my car provided a serious performance change. The turbo is kicking in sooner, and it's accelerating much quicker from a stop, and at freeway speeds. A lot more power. So overall my car is driving like new! Plus the customer service was top notch! Dennis, my mechanic, was very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He kept me informed, and delivered results and completed my repairs quickly. I have definitely found a trusted shop for my car and will be using them for all my future automotive repair needs. I brought my truck to Griffin's Auto Repair and I couldn't be happier with the results. I spoke to Dennis about installing a leveling kit, new tires, rims and running boards on my 2016 Ram 1500. Dennis provided valuable insight on various brands and options for the products I was looking for. After picking out each of the products I wanted, Dennis ordered them and installed them all in a timely manner. Dennis & Justin are amazing! I brought my Ford Escape in to get the A/C inspected and to track down an oil leak. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with the A/C and the source of my oil leak, provide an upfront estimate, and repair it in no time at all. Dennis even removed a nail he found in my tire free of charge.

I came to Griffin's Auto Repair and talked with Dennis about installing a lift kit on my truck, and getting some new rims and tires. Dennis allowed me to pick out exactly which rims I wanted, what tires and the size I wanted, and let me select the size of the lift kit. He then purchased everything for me and installed everything personally. I thought Four Wheel Parts was the only spot in the bay area you could go to get your truck or SUV lifted, but that simply isn't the case. Dennis and Griffin's Auto Repair did some amazing work and my truck looks awesome. I will definitely come back to Griffin's Auto Repair to get running boards installed in the near future. Amazing ownership and customer care as well! I couldn't recommend them more!

I needed my battery fixed, and I contacted them over the weekend, although they’re not open, I got a quick response. Very valuable and shows how much they care about clients whether old or new. Dennis was professional, a wonderful person to depend on. New to Palo Alto, it was difficult to confide in a stranger to repair my car. I’m glad I reached out to Griffin’s auto! Moving forward any car problems, I’ll depend on Griffin’s Auto Repair! Dennis was like an angel sent to me when my car all of sudden broke down in mtv. I pulled it over to an auto shop next to Griffin’s and was told that they couldn’t handle it. Although it was already an hour after griffin’s closing hour, I still walked in for help. Dennis immediately checked my car, spotted the problem instantly, and told me that he can have it fixed by noon the next day. I had to pick up my car after the closing hour again the next day and Dennis arranged the whole process smoothly without a single complaint. I wish I were local so I could totally rely on Dennis for any car related issues. Dennis provided more than I could have asked for. Due to the age of my car, I wanted minimal work done to get it functioning. Dennis was able to provide that at a very reasonable price point. The work was also amazingly quick. I got my car back with a new radiator the same day. Highly recommended.

Waited a while for my Volvo xc40 to arrive. When I got my delivery date called Level Up to book a full front ppf package and added the basic wear and tear package too. This covers the whole front including lights and door handles and door edges. I got my car in the gorgeous Amazon Blue and plan to keep it looking new as long as possible! The guys there are quick to respond very clear on what’s going on and got it back to me sooner than expected!

Best auto repair out there! Has done exceptional job with both our Audi and Acura. Second time use and they been great for all our mechanic issues. We will continue to use them in the future- their quality and care is reflected in their customer service- keep up the great work guys!!
