Jim and crew are simply the best! Top notch quality of work, very honest, advocate for the car owner when it comes to working with the insurance companies, efficient handling of all the insurance related work. Have used their services twice in the last two years, and have been very impressed both times. Do not want to get into another car wreck, but if I do, I'll definitely go to Jim!

Excellent experience having Jim and team fix a pretty deep scratch on my SUV door, handle and wheel rim. Jim was very responsive on Yelp (messaging) - gave me a rough estimate from photos I shared, answered all my questions, and also scheduled me in.
After drop-off Jim was very particular with explaining all details and any updates/changes from the earlier estimates.
The work itself is also so great you couldn't tell there was ever a scratch!

Great experience. Got a detailed and itemized quote one hour after leaving the shop, brought the 4runner in for some body work and i could not be happier with the result. Great quality, very profesional. Jim was great to work with and very responsive. I would definitely recommend it.

This is the second time someone dented my mint-condition (<15k miles) Lexus IS350 in the parking lot in the last 2 years. :(

Did quite a bit of research and decided to go with Independence Auto Body (I went with "United Collision Center" before, and they did an "ok" job before, but not extremely impressed). Note that at this time of writing/research, United Collision Center has significantly more customers reviews than Independence Auto Body (on both Google Maps and Yelp).

I care a lot about the details of my car, and Jim did an extremely good job taking care of my car. Not only did I have some very specific requests around how I want my car to be repaired, but I was also worried about the paint color matching (as mine has a very color-rich "atomic silver (tm)" color). When I got my car back 4 days later, I was quite happy with the color matching and blending. There were a few tiny details around the edges that I spotted that they were able to take care of very quickly on-site. Overall, I'm very impressed, and would definitely recommend Independence Auto Body over United Collisions. :)

Had a front collision and needed work done covered by insurance. The results are amazing. Perfect color matching. Perfect quality. And I did not to deal with any insurance nuisance.

I mistook this place for machenics and asked for help with my busted turning light. The owner stopped what he was doing, checked and determined it was the light bulb and changed it for free. It's not until the end he told me it's a body shop, he was just helping. What a nice guy!

In a field of business populated by widely varying qualities, he said being polite, these guys are better than you could ever imagine. They treat customers like they would want to be treated!
