Three Birds

I've never had a customer experience with a more condescending and rude staff, in my entire life. I bought a very expensive item recently with the condition I could return it if I brought it home to show my partner and changed my mind. The girl working that day made it very clear I could return it if it didn't work out for a full refund. After a two days I tried to return it and a different woman was there, who was incredibly rude and condescending towards me, insisting that I was not told I could return it for a refund but instead for a credit, and that I was too ignorant or dumb to understand the difference and that the entire thing was all my fault. I will tell everyone I know what a horrible customer experience this was and to never to support this awful place with mediocre designs and absolutely abysmal customer service. If you like spening money at businesses that think they're better than you and have no understanding of customer service conventions, this place is for you! I would be surprised if this place lasts 12 months.
