Marc-Alan Yukio Iwahashi, MD

Dr. Iwahashi is an excellent doctor. He was our family doctor for all of us since my two sons where kids, now one of them move to the East Coast and he is studying to become Family Doctor because of the extraordinary example of Dr. Iwahashi. And he’s still our doctor of the whole family, thank you for everything🩺⚕

It is no surprised to me that Dr. Iwahashi gets 5 stars. I was actually scared to post this review in fear that he would be inundated with many patients and it would be hard to get an appointment due to the great reviews but I decided to write a review as he is truly one of the best doctors and one of the few good ones left that isn’t driven by profit but actually cares about his patients. His staff are also very kind including Mary Lou! Thank you Dr. Iwahashi and Mary Lou!

One of the best doctors I have come across! Dr. Iwahashi is so focussed in making sure that I enjoy the best health possible. Takes the time to share with me on how to prevent certainly illness depending on my health history.

Dr. Iwahashi was my father’s doctor when he was in the states. Even after my father left the States, they were very helpful with his medications refills until my father found a new doctor where he stays.

For my personal experience, I had an illness and went to many medical centers and hospitals to find out what was it. I even had some minor surgical operation to find out. I went to many doctors and all with no luck.

I then decided to to go to my Dr. Iwahashi. I admit, it took a while to get an appointment with him for a physical because I wasn’t a patient there; HOWEVER, it was worth the wait. (And he is one of the best 500 doctors in the Bay Area!!)

I had my appointment with Dr. Marc. I just explained what is happening and what I was feeling; he made me go take a particular lab test for a certain disease, and IT WAS IT! He figured it out in only 1 visit and with just me explaining to him what I am feeling.

With the new Obamacare health plans, I had to switch my insurance with Kaiser, which is very sad moment for me to loose Dr. Iwahashi as my primary doctor.

One day, I will come back and be your patient again because I know you got it.

Dr. Iwahashi is an excellent doctor. He spends the necessary amount of time with his patients, rather than rushing through an appointment. His staff is great too! Highly recommended.

Dr Marc is great. He takes time to listen vs. rushing through an appointment. He has a systematic and thorough approach to diagnostics. Highly recommend him.
