Was in town visiting and discovered this gem salon. I made an appointment with Monisha for brow tint and cool sculpting. When entering, it is very welcoming and relaxing. The staff are friendly and Monisha is very well versed in the services offered. She answered all of my questions and is very patient. I love the results! I will be back and highly recommend them.

Vianca is so sweet, she slayed my lashes. I let her know I like them on the fuller side and she absolutely delivered. I am so happy with how they came out definitely will be coming back to book with her again.

I have the monthly membership and have not regretted it at all, I have full lashes every week and for a great price. Vianca always does my Brazilian waxes . I’ve never been more impressed I was treated to a genuinely fabulous experience. Makes you feel very comfortable and confident about being very attentive to detail. Very professional. Vianca’s technique was *far* less painful l than other experiences I have come to endure. I will definitely become a regular at this spa, and would highly recommend that others do the same.

This is not only hands down the best lash place in Santa Cruz and San Jose county (I’ve been to MANY) but the owner Mo gives you special treatment is flexible, kind and offers up so many other quality beauty services. She’s also attentive to your needs and listens (she’s practically my therapist lol) and her rates are affordable even though the final product is high level and luxurious. Because she owns the business and is meticulous about quality results and a joyful and comfortable experience for her clientele, it makes her one of the best small businesses in the area!!

I cannot even begin to tell you how awesome Handsome Beauty Bar is. I moved to Santa Cruz after being diagnosed with Neurological Lyme disease. While undergoing treatment I was unable to wear makeup. To be fair getting out of bed was a challenge. I called Monisha and she got me in right away. She arrived on time, which is a big deal to me. She was professional and shared with me all of the options. Not really knowing what I was getting myself into...other than wanting to feel pretty during a not so pretty time, Monisha gave me her honest professional opinion without trying to annoyingly upsell me. I had only planned to wear the eyelashes for a short time and here I am almost a year later with amazing lashes!
