Went into Roger's jewelry to resize my customize a ring I made for my wife. I was welcome with kindness and smiles from everyone that was working at the time. Maribel was the one that helped me with my ring she was very kind and helpful from start to finish whenever there was a concern with the ring or needed some more information she called me right away she did above and beyond her job duties

I went in to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. I had a wonderful experience and was helped by Reyes. He tested both rings to make sure the process was done with correct materials and my ring was returned within a few weeks sparkling and looking brand new!

We moved out of state and will continue to only buy through Rogers. The quality of service is you get with them is worth driving out of state for.

I went in today to get a new watch. I was greeted by a guy named Gabriel. He was really nice, he seemed very helpful and knowledgeable of the brands I was looking at. I was having trouble figuring out which one I wanted. He did a great job on helping me stay in the price range but still a nice watch. I even told him I dont get paid until next Friday but will be back and he still was super nice and didn't make me feel like he was just trying to sell something to me. Or as if I wasn't important because I didn't have the money right now. I'll will be back when I get paid Friday so he can get the sell. Overall excellent experience
