I was a ride a long er, so I didn't have a list of stuff to get. So I wandered aimlessly. Kinda fun. Poked at some stuff and then went and helped my friend out. The people that work at this AutoZone are super nice and helpful. They stick with you and make you feel like your getting more personal service. It's nice.

I really love autozone from the start of a project to the finish they are there for you. They will print out helpful papers on whatever project you're working on . Also if it's the wrong part it's easy to return.l as long as you have proof of purchase.

All staff are very helpful and not the ignorant guy who feels women have no place underneath a cars engine.

Luis was so helpful! My low engine light turned on while on vacation and I ended up just needing some oil to top off. Luis helped me find the right oil. Then when realizing I needed a funnel to put the oil in my car, Luis kindly offered to help me put the oil in and make sure the car was working. Thank you Luis! You went above and beyond! You are the best!

First day of vacation and my husband's rear window hinge broke on his Escape. He called this location and they were able to have the part shipped to the store next day. Of course we had no tools on us so they allowed him to borrow all the tools he needed to fix it on the spot. I am a regular. Most of the time I get what I'm looking for. But today before I drove over I stopped at Kmart and saw a similar item at a lower price. I asked Tony about matching the price. She asked the manager and oh surprise! They matched the price. Kudos to both Tony and Juan. Never disappointed at Auto zone. Get in the Zone!

Excellent service! Check-engine light came on, so I decided to go to a reputable mechanic. They said it would cost $100 just for diagnosis (I have a Merz). Came to this AutoZone, withing two minutes they scanned the code and gave me a diagnosis - loose fuel cap! Gosh, I don't even imagine paying $100 for that. BTW, this was a free service that they do!

good selection of useful parts, even better selection of not so useful parts. clearly posted signs prohibiting on-site vehicle maintenance appear to be actively ignored 24x7...

I had purchased a Duralast Platinum battery with 3 year warranty. It died at 2 yr 11 months. I walked in with old battery, they replaced it instantly, no questions. They were polite, efficient, no run-around. I will be a repeat customer with AutoZone Santa Cruz. Thank you!

I lost a hubcap and asked one of the employees to please help me. He stepped outside, looked at my car, picked out the correct size and installed all four hubcaps.
I drove home feeling very proud of myself (even though I didn't do anything).

This auto zone is huge and most definitely had everything you could need. The worker was very friendly to me and helped me quickly. I typically am paranoid to come into shops like this because all too often "car guys" in parts stores and mechanic shops are so rude. Great experience.
