PetSmart

Great place to shop for anything pet related. They have all kinds of specialty pet food. One of our pets needs a special kind of dry food. Last week I ran all over Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz and struck out at several stores. I popped into PetSmart and of course they had the food we needed in stock.

Huge store full of awesome pet finds and pets! They have so many different types of birds, reptiles and fish for sale. You can get lost in the aisles of stuff for your pets. They have such a spectrum of options. From wholesome pet food stored in refrigerators, to generic brands, you can be sure that what you’re looking for, they will carry it.

There’s a dog grooming area in the store with large windows. You can watch other dogs getting groomed, or keep an eye on your dog if you take them in.

I love all the fun toys they have for all sorts of animals. They also carry easy $1-$5 items around the checkout area for easy to grab treats.

Plenty of free parking out front. Employees are really friendly.

Great store! My wife and I have been in there a handful of times to purchase things for our new four legged friend. The staff have been very helpful and eager to help. I appreciate this store and will come back. I can't speak to their grooming services, since we haven't used them. However, we plan to try them out in the future.

Staff is beyond knowledgeable and kind, they care about the animals and have plenty of information on what’s needed for a good home. Not your typical PetSmart.

Blond worker with the Doberman was incredibly helpful and nice, they have just about every pet food one could want to buy. Very much recommend going there to shop for your pet.

Large store with wide variety of cat food and carriers. Also have good selection of cat trees. Tons of other pet items as well from grooming services, fish, birds, accessories and a pen I can only imagine holds some sort of pet training. They also have pet jewelry for humans at the check out.

Well our cat was loving it and when I asked him what he thought about his own experience he didn't answer my question. I think he was mad at us for making him get his check up. The nurses said he was a good patient and gave him a treat for his bravery.

They have everything I need for my dog including his food, favorite treats, nametag printer, groomer, and vet. Love to go see the kitties for adoption and my dog likes seeing the guinea pigs or hamsters. The prices aren't the lowest you'll find e.g. collars, toys, food bowls, and gravity water tanks are also found at Dollar Tree.

Great location and fun for the family fur balls to come in and find all their fun attire, toys and nutritional needs! The staff is super friendly and the amenities are spot on!

I had a great experience. Manager Sydney was extremely helpful. She spotted look at some items offered to help. She was so insightful and helpful. Thank you, I could not let your amazing customer service go unrecognized.

Well it's pretty much the only pet stores in town and actually the people there are really nice and helpful I just wish they had more than one check out line open sometimes this is a reason why I won't purchase because they're line so ridiculously long

Although things are out of stock quite a bit, I am giving the 5 stars for the workers helpfulness and willingness to answer my questions regarding my fish. I have been there quite a few times in the last week and I am very impressed and grateful for their help and answering my many questions. I interacted with at least 5 staff members and all were friendly and courteous.

Great selection of pet foods! We get wet and dry food for our three cats at PetSmart in Santa Cruz, toys, and just bought two more 48" tall cat trees for them (to add to thevother two, including a 72" one!
