Jess is so helpful and friendly! She makes it easy to drop off my Oliver, as I know he’s in good hands. Everyone at this office is welcoming. Dr. Sugar is amazing! She is thorough and detailed, as well as knowledgeable and experienced. She listened to and addressed all my concerns, and gave me tips on how to handle behavior issues. Totally recommend!

We get the best and most reasonable nail trim for my fur baby at this place and the technicians are professional and kind.

Great place with really great people who were honest and genuinely cared about our little guy and us too. Can't recommend enough!

Dr. Drexler is Amazing!!! Our boy, Olaf, gets very nervous about going to the vet. Dr. Drexler and her team came in and got everything done even with him acting a little aggressive. I am so appreciative of her and the staff at this location! We drove all the way from Monterey because we didn’t like the doctor in our area. 10/10 I highly recommend this one! Thank you Dr. Drexler and team!

The group that was working on 22 AUG 21 Deserves an award for customer service. They were busy, I was going to be grossly late to a scheduled appointment, and I was able to call in, and they were able to accommodate me later in the day. Then I was late to the second scheduled appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in and put up with my unruly questions after I misunderstood them on when my pup would be ready. They answered every question with a smile and really made my day with their helpfulness. Thanks again, you all are awesome. Sorry for putting you all through my bad customer day.

Very good experience with the lady who helped us adopt the cutest kitten named pancakes! My wife and I always look at the cats when we go however when I seen this cat I knew we had a connection with her. The adoption process was nice and easy

Ok, this review is for Dr. Julia Rivera DVM. While to be honest I haven't been to this location I have the upmost respect for her.

However, I do take my dogs to Banfield and have for quite a long time. I am reviewing this store strictly because there is a DVM (Doctor or veterinary medicine) by the name of Julia Rivera who works here. She used to be employed at my location in the San Gabriel Valley and MAN DO I MISS HER... I was looking all through the internet searching to find her, hoping she was at another practice near me. As sad as I am to find she's to far away I know she is going to bless so many other people and pets over there.

I can not stress enough how AWESOME she is. Julia was my go to no matter what, she some how always figured it out and was 10 steps ahead and helped me with anything. TALK ABOUT PREVENTIVE CARE!!!!!!!!! (I know its not possible) but the only way to describe it is that she "worked miracles" and allowed my dachshund 20 healthy years of life. **His name was Luckysam**

But to continue with Dr. Julia Rivera, She has a heart as pure as gold, a love for pets that can only be described and displayed as inherent. Her bed side manner in good and dark times is unrivaled by anyone I will ever come across. She is someone to look up to in the field. Banfield is and should continue to be blessed to have her on staff and rep the company name.

Julia if your reading this, you defiantly set the bar high! Just know your patients (pets & humans) miss you down here.

I was very worried for my Siamese cat Rocket when he started peeing outside the litter box. I brought him in for vaccinations and a urinary test. Dr. Brick was wonderful! She asked me a lot of questions and we came up with a plan. The test came back as a bacterial infection and he was put on antibiotics. It was such a smooth and easy process. Dr. Brinck really put me at ease and I knew Rocket was in the best care. Also, the staff that works at Banfield Santa Cruz are friendly, helpful, and it is so obvious how much they love animals and have a passion for what they do. I was rescheduled once which was no problem at all because I know first-hand what a struggle it is to serve the public during these unprecedented times. I think people forget how these essential workers risk their health to serve people and their pets. Thank you Dr. Brinck and Banfield for taking such good care of my fur baby!

Vets are very friendly and helpful. We have a very nervous German Shepherd that they treat effortlessly. I recommend this place

The staff iw wonderful, caring, and provide excellent service.

It may not be the most affordable place to go to but if you want the best hair for your animal there is nowhere else you should go. I personally know most of the staff and all of them are absolutely top-notch. They had a few bad apples but they're all gone now.

Banfield Santa Cruz, very helpful. The app is + and the DNA is +++. Nice staff.

We adopted a new kitten into our family from there. So many animals need good homes and this is a great place to start.

I live in Santa Clara. But I always take my dogs driving an hour to Santa Cruz for this Banfield. Better than most Banfield hospitals in the bay area.
