Western Dental & Orthodontics

My experience with Western Dental in Santa Cruz CA has been amazing!! The front desk manager Yajaira is efficient, caring and realistic. Those qualities are all super important when discussing finances and treatment plans. The dentist Dr.Valetti is understanding and exceptionally accurate in her work, even down to the crown shade. The Dental assistants Diane and Suzy Torres are the face and personalities of the back of the office!! They make you feel relaxed and comfortable, and they go above and beyond to assist the dentist.

Abigail B. at the front desk is very kind and knowledgeable. She treats everyone who comes into the office with compassion and respect. It’s nice to be able to go into the office and be greeted and taken care of by someone so kind.

The Doctor/Dentist was wonderful. She took the time to clearly explain what I could expect. I appreciate that. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Thank's Western Dental!

Short wait time. My cleaning today was done by the dentist. Only polishing was done by the hygienist. They both checked in with me asking if I was doing alright. Overall great experience.

Just had a root canal and crown and I had a very good experience. The dentists and all the helpers are very nice and caring. And did a great job.

Normally I pass out from needles but the people who worked with me were so smooth and caring. It was a blessed experience.

Dr. Le at Western Dental Orthodonics Department, Santa Cruz did an excellent job over the last two years with my braces. Dr. Le and her staff never missed or cancelled an appointment and provided excellent Orthodontic care at a reasonible price. Office is clean and state of the art. I highly recommend Dr. Le and the Santa Cruz Orthodontics Department for all types of braces.

This has been a great experience coming to SC Western dental. The people are friendly and helpful. The care is exceptional. I wouldn't go any where else for my dental care.

My wait time was minimal.

Diane, Dental Assistant, rubbed my arm and hands to comfort me and take the focus off the shots.

Dr. Valeti was informative and friendly. She asked if I was able to tolerate cold air/water on my other teeth and if not, she'd numb those teeth so I'd be as comfortable as possible. She asked several times if I needed a break etc. Once completed, she went over her suggestions and thoroughly explained my options.

No one enjoys going to the dentist but Diane and Dr. Valeti made it bearable!

I’ve had the most pleasant visit at this office. Usually I dread dental visits, but as a new patient here I appreciated the young lady that helped me. Martina was so informative and attentive. I felt extremely comfortable we even shared a great laugh. She does know how to make her patients feel important. Great staff!

As a new patient, I want to thank Robin, Rosina, and Dr. Valeti (order I met them) for making me feel welcome. They helped me through the new patient process with great results. Everyone is very nice, extremely helpful and comforting.

I went in to my appt @ Western Dental on Ocean St in Santa Cruz todY. They were super busy, I don't know how they do it but you can't get any more professional than they were. Starting from the front desk, greeting me with a smile to to Robin making the financial part of it all as smooth as possible. The back staff were efficient, clean tidy office, Rozeena greeted me with her huge bubbly personality, took me to the back and sat me down She made me feel so comfortable, all the anxiety I had disappeared. Thank you Dr Vinny and Rozeena, for taking care of me. You 2 are SUPER STARS of Western Dental. 😀👍
