Juan A. was very helpful in switching so many important accounts to my new Samsung! He made it look much easier than it really was with his knowledge and expertise! This guy even helped me get into a way better plan at a more economical price! Thanks Juan!!!!! You are Juan in a million!!!!

I've been going to the AT&t store in Santa Cruz for years I appreciate that they are always friendly, very helpful, flexible,and they don't make you wait. Also there aren't a bunch of ridiculous charges that the other companies have

I made an appointment with Lamar who I believe is the manager of the store. I was able to get in right away and know that he was there. I had read online that he did a great job. Those reviews were right. He fixed my problem quickly and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need yet. By doing that he has created a loyal customer for his store. I will be back whenever I have a problem or am ready to buy other phones. I live near another store but the reviews on its customer service were awful so I went across town to Lamar’s store.

Needed to replace phone after crazy GF smashed up old one. Alexa was very helpful in guiding me through the insurance claim process. She even recommended a more robust phone case thats worked out great!

Everyone is nice and chill here. Efficient but not impatient with you cause some things take time, like explaining plans and picking new phones. But I won’t hesitate to call them or go back to the phone for my cell phone needs.

Really helpful employees, I went I. With some questions about switching plans, one of the employees Alexa was super nice & very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this location. I previously went to watsonville location &I didn't have such a great experience.

I have been having issues with Verizon with their customer service and was planning to switch providers for a while now. My phone had been hacked and I’ve been paying insurance at VW for years and got denied getting a new phone. I came into AT&T to Switch over and Alexa made it so easy for me. She was so nice and sweet. I finally felt heard about my phone situation being hacked. Verizon made me feel like I was crazy and that I was lying about this but whole hacked phone situation.

I had amazing experience at this store. Alejandro was great at what he did, and made my time while waiting exceptional. I give them credit for having to deal with so much when there’s not a lot of coverage. Thank you for making my time great! Keep up the great customer service.

We had a fantastically great experience! Our salesperson's name was ALEX. he was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. What I thought was going to take hours ending up taking a short amount of time. I would highly recommend him and this store!!! Very happy with our experience!

Being helped by Johnathan, Alexa, and Hakeem "the dream" Olajuwon was like jumping into a pool of aloe after getting third degree sunburns all over my body and then immediately being smoked by a fire breathing dragon. Kind and courteous and they could tell the future.

I was ready to leave AT&T as I was so upset with the service received on the phone with the account representative once my technician showed up to my appointment to fix the WiFi for my business I was very impressed and with his excellent service and able to repair my Wi-Fi right away. I need the WiFi services to run my business his name is Andy and I would highly recommend him for his repair work he was very helpful he was very friendly and he was on time which is a big thing when you run a business. He was definitely a perfect he is a professional and he did his job perfect he knows his work. I just had to leave this review is there a lot of negative reviews about AT&T but this is an excellent review thank you Andy Nelson! He changed my mind about my Wi-Fi provider but I will stay with AT&T for now thank you again!
