I have so many good things to say about my experience at iSmileSpa. Dr Connor Malek, his hygienist Katie, and his entire team were beyond amazing. I was on vacation (and on a Saturday) when my front tooth crown fell out. I was panicking and was googling emergency dentists in the area. iSmileSpa was able to get me in within 30 minutes of me calling. I walked into the office in tears and everyone was so kind. They had already looked up my insurance before I arrived and gave me all of my options. A short time later, I walked out of the office with a new permanent crown on my front tooth that looked better than the original. They made the entire process very smooth and I can’t recommend this dentist office enough. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be switching to their office immediately.

At iSmileSpa, Kenzie treats patients with warmth, kindness and tenderness to make any one feel at ease. As someone who missed many checkups due to a fear of the dentist chair, I could not recommend her enough to anyone resistant to getting their teeth worked on. She constantly checked in on me, and distracted me with questions about myself and my wife making my deep cleaning process a breeze. Thank you ever so much.

The Doctors and staff at iSmilespa are so awesome and caring about their patients. There is always a pleasant atmosphere in the office and the staff are very efficient with your time. They care about your individual oral health and work with you to achieve a positive, lasting outcome. iSmilespa has helped me get on track to a treatment plan that will allow to get my dental problems fixed and back to normal. I was looking for a new dentist as mine had retired and in signing up for a dental plan Dr Malek was listed as a participating doctor. From the time I walked in everyone was friendly and actually caring. The wait to be seen was short and Dr Malek was quick to determine the quality of the work my dentist had done. Fortunately all was in good order but a few areas of imp to cement were found and a plan was established. I couldn’t ask for a better practice to replace my family dentist of 30 years. I highly recommend the ISmile Team!

Good experience, staff was quick and friendly. After x-rays we realized I needed a filling, and they were able to take care of everything the same day. They also have these little wiener dogs that are so cute, that in itself is worth going iSmile.

I want to express my extreme gratitude and am beyond satisfied with the work that was done at ismile Dentist.I was in Santa Cruz for a wedding. I had a crown fall out and was devastated. I must’ve called over 25 dentist in town. Of the 25 I called maybe two called me back to let me know they were unavailable. Kenzie from my smile dentistry was the reason my trip was successful and I had a smile at the wedding. she went above and beyond to help get me seen at the dentist. I accidentally missed a appointment and she still was able to get me seen the next day. Not only did she fit me in but she stayed on hold with my insurance for 45 minutes to ensure that my services would be covered by my insurance, and she texted me consistently and let me know to keep me updated on what was going on. She is truly the reason my visit was so extremely positive. The dentist was amazing. He did a great job and re-cemented my crown and did it quickly efficiently and it’s still holding today. I cannot recommend enough and say with such profound gratitude how amazing the staff at this dentist is. If you’re even questioning it, go there they will go the extra mile to make sure that you get what you need done. Thank you all so much you made the wedding a success.

Highly recommended. It is with great enthusiasm that i write this glowing review for ismile spa. The clinic is Extremely clean organized professional with an upbeat feeling. From the phone experience to the frontline staff hygienist and doc. Everyone was pleasant helpful and passionate about what they do! Going to the dentist is a real intimate experience for me and i feel safe and well cared for in the dental chair. I have decided

I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years, and I knew I was going to have a lot of issues with my teeth. I also have a high tolerance for local anesthetic and sensitive teeth, so I was quite nervous coming in. I received no judgement from Dr. Conner, McKenzie, Sabrina or Katie. They all put their best foot forward to help me and make me feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care and will go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and happy while you’re in their care. I’ve found my long term dentistry, and even though I’m moving away I plan on stopping by on visits to family for regular routine care. I felt they were very knowledgeable, and gave me a much better idea of how to take care of my teeth and what was going on with my teeth than any other dentist has. I highly recommend these guys.

I went to ISmile last week and had a wonderful experience. Once I walked into the office I found the staff (Kenzie, Dr Conner and Katie) very kind, helpful and professional. I needed a crown put on a tooth that had to much decay to be filled. Dr Conner explained the procedure, then got the job done in under 2 hours. The best thing besides the great conversation that I had with the doctor is their office has the capability of making the crowns on site which means you don't have to schedule a second appointment to have them installed. I highly reccomend Dr Conner if you need any dental work done!

Dr. Connor Malek and the team at iSmile were a pleasure to be treated by. The staff is not only warm and welcoming but also did a wonderful, very thorough and careful, job providing me with a deep cleaning. Dr. Malek is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions comprehensively and provided me with a pain-free treatment experience!

They took out all 4 of my Wisdom teeth, and did and amazing job at doing so ! Dr.Malek was awesome and did and outstanding job I was nervous and anxious but he knew what he was doing and so did his assistant who was helping with the procedure as well. He was through with his explanation of the procedure and I know I have found the dentist I want to stick with ! Would highly recommend if you have had any bad experiences in the past with dental work. They make you feel at home and feel good ! Thank you Ismile team !

This is the best dentist office I've ever been to. Great atmosphere, the staff are super friendly especially Kenzie and her dogs! Dr. Connor has got to be the gentlest dentist I've ever had. If I could Id rate this place 13/10 stars.

I have always received the best care at Ismile spa .The staff is always professional and personable and treat me like I’m family. They use the latest equipment and techniques. They provide recommendations without any pressure. That’s really important to me. I’m always happy to see and catch up with the team when I come in. I definitely recommend Dr Malek and staff for all your dental needs.

Very warm and welcoming. This was our first visit (husband as well) , x-rays and cleaning. The office is bright and the hygienists are thorough. Dr. Malek explained every scenario and didn't put pressure to get anything done right away. I've been to dentists in the past that are clearly out for the $$$ right away and use fear and pressure tactics. I'm really happy we found such a great team so close to home.

I needed to get in for an emergency treatment and stumbled upon iSmiles, while searching dentists in the area. The staffing team is very friendly and welcoming. Ended up needing a root canal, which was done quickly and attentively. The staff work efficiently, to the point and most importantly with care. I’m very happy I found this place :) also, the office therapy dogs are a huge plus and a win in my book.
