Allstate Insurance: Pinnacle One Insurance Services

I have been a customer of Allstate for less than six months. My experience so far has been very positive and satisfactory. I have worked with Sabrina who fielded my first call after which I decided to switch from my current provider to Allstate. I also added an umbrella policy. A few months later, Sabrina helped me get a renter’s insurance for my daughter’s appt. It has been a pleasure working with the local office.

Allstate Insurance Company has been my car insurance company for 20 years. During that time I have had little need to use them (thankfully!) but each time, they have been helpful, efficient and never a disappointment. I highly recommend Robert Varich and his amazing Team!

Robert and his crew always take great care of me and my family. I have had all my insurance needs taken care of bye Pinnacle One for the last decade. Fortunately we have never had any need for help until this last summer when I was in a at fault accident. Robert and all the people at Allstate were more than helpful in taking care of my mess. My Allstate Review covers almost 40 years. No, Robert Varich didn't start as a teen. But my services did for auto and home. Since the beginning with Robert, he has consistently handled my moves, new vehicles, and needs with speed, needed humor, and sometimes the sweetness of a piece of candy. Rating should be a 10, but I hold out for the day he can convince the heads of Allstate to reinstate CA to my preferred carrier.

Mr. Varich has always been very accessible either through email or phone communications. His staff works in a timely way, and they are friendly and very helpful! We wouldn't consider changing agents after all the personal care we've received over the years.

Dezirae spent a lot of time with me explaining my options very patiently. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Even though there were problems, she took care of them quickly and communicated the results and reasons in detail. She's a delight!

Pinnacle 1 took the extra time to work through our insurance needs. Things were changing in the market and they took the time to understand and explain our situation without pressure. They provided great customer service and a competitive price.

I recently moved from San Francisco to the foothills of Placerville and Robert got me a very competitive plan in an area that most major insurance companies no longer covered, including my previous insurer, due to recent forest fires. His group was very quick to respond and I would recommend them highly.

On a recent trip with our Travel Trailer our truck was struck on the left rear bumper by an unknown driver. We didn't find the damage until hooking up to return home. I opened a claim online and within a couple of days had an approved estimate and money deposited in my account to cover the preliminary charges above my deductible.

Allstate is prompt and courteous. We have had auto insurance with them for over 20 years, and also home insurance. My daughter has renters insurance with them. You will be pleased with their professional service.
