Charlie was knowledgeable, professional, and helped me get an incredible car. There’s a stigma that car salesman aren’t honest, but Charlie was very transparent about everything (pricing, condition of the vehicle, and warranties). I’m very satisfied with my transaction with Sunset auto.

Charlie was incredible. I test drove and purchased my vehicle all on the same day. I felt zero pressure to buy. He educated us on the features of the car, and he worked with his manager to meet us on price. We have a toddler, and Charlie was accommodating with us to meet after hours to finalize the sale so we could both be present to sign the title. After the sale, he went the extra mile to set my phone up to the car for my commute the next day and remind me of all the features. They had a great variety of inventory to choose and at reasonable, competitive prices. I'm super impressed by this little dealership. We are local here and would look to buy from them again in the future.

Every so often you run into a person in a business who is willing to work with you. Mike at Sunset Auto is one of those people. On the business side, he is really stocking good quality vehicles. I purchased the top-of-the-line Highlander and I can't say enough about the quality of the car.

Great selection of low mileage, high quality used cars. No reason to buy a new car when you can find one pristine (and proven) at a much better value. Friendly staff, helpful, and wont annoy the $#!^ out of you. If you don't see what you want, all you have to do is ask, and they'll find what you're after!

Drove over 100 miles to visit this lot. Made an appointment the prior day, and they held the car for me.
When I got to the lot there was ZERO pressure to buy. Didn't talk about money until the very end of the sale. The car was priced very fairly.
Since I had financing in hand the transfer was very quick. There were no absurd fees attached, and the standard fees were more then reasonable. When the need arises I would come back to purchase a vehicle. Every car buying experience should go this well. Thank you Sunset Auto sales.

Easy peazy deal. Found the 2014 Honda CRV, test drove completed deal with financing arranged on line and picked it up. Great guys to deal with. Everything went as promised. Will buy from them again. Completely satisfied with my trouble free car!

I have bought three vehicles from these folks, and can honestly say they probably shouldn't even be in the used car/auto mechanic and repair business, because they're just too honest. It blows me away that there are still merchants, craftsmen(and women), business people, like these. I have seen every staff memeber (all long-term) under time constraints and other challenges, unflappable, always committed to making customers happy- even if their car wasn't a Lexus. And more than a few Beemers and Lexi owners have found them like I have, and latched on, but they give my old Focus the same TLC. It has surprised me no less than 4 times in the 20 years I've dealt with them in their various iterations, to return to the mechanic shop to pick up my repaired vehicle, only to be told that the price quoted was too high, that a cheaper solution had been found which was as good. When was the last time that happened to you at a mechanic's garage? They are the best shop in town, can't imagine better.

These guys are the real deal, had a great experience buying a car from them. Didn't feel uncomfortable or pressured at all. They actually care about their customers, even my cynical friends were impressed with their vibe and way of doing business.

I bought a car in 2014 from Sunset Auto and the owner was great! Just met the new owner and he is also great! Patient, fair, kind, I didn't buy the car I test drove but I intend to buy from there soon!

I purchased a used 2008 Honda Odyssey that I named "Soquel" almost one year ago.
