If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! I had an amazing experience. I worked with Sean who was able to help me get approved with my credit and work out a good number. I went to 5 dealerships in one day test drove about 6 before driving down from SJ to Santa Cruz as someone recommended it. My only regret was not starting here at the beginning of my car shopping. They made it so easy for me to drive off the lot in my dream car! The car was in excellent condition, great price and stress free especially as a woman buying a car. I didn't feel as if I had to have my guard up, Sean was straightforward. No gimmicks, everywhere else I had been to was adding hidden things to the sticker price. Sean gave me a number out the door and it was great! I will be recommending this place to everyone!!

Very nice selection of cars. I placed several phone calls prior to arrival Sean made my experience easy. Very low interest rate. Excellent third party warranty for a low price. Gap insurance for 550 dollars that covers total loss. For a used BMW I couldn't be more confident and at peace. The BMW 550 couldn't have been any cleaner unless it just rolled of the lot brand new. Not one chip in the paint no flaws. Perfect is an understatement. Normally I need to upgrade a vehicle tint rims beat etc... I rolled off the lot with everything I wanted and more. Interior is flawless almost like they previous own only wore slacks. The seat had literally zero wear. These guys also took care of me because a known issue on those bmws is the fuel pump was poorly designed. I had issues and they instantly took care of it. Couldn't be happier with a used car.

I worked with Sean and went there because there were a few cars that I really liked in their lot. Scheduled a meeting and loved the car so I put a deposit on it and was able to get it before it was sold. I also noticed an issue with the A/C and they just told me to bring it back to the lot and they’ll take care of it. Sure enough they got it fixed for me free of charge. Solid dealership with quality cars as well as quality people.

Great place for first time buyers or anyone just looking for a new car. They had a wide range of cars and a huge inventory. I went in and walked that same day out with my dream car. They were very easy to work with and super polite and friendly and did everything they could do so I could walk out that day happy, you can really tell they are all about customer satisfaction. TLDR; I purchased a car from Domain Motors last week. I am from out of state so it was not a standard transaction but the level of service I received from Sean at Domain Motors was fantastic so the process was still very easy from my perspective. Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. 100% 5 stars and highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a used luxury car in the Santa Cruz area!

The long version - I was recently in the market for a fairly rare BMW, and found one at Domain Motors after a lengthy internet search. I live on the east coast, and was getting this car for my father, so it was not a standard transaction. Less an hour after requesting more information through car gurus, I got an email from Sean at Domain Motors. We ended up speaking over the phone shortly after, and he was able to give me a great walk around of the car via facetime. Because I was coming from out of state, I got a pre-purchase inspection at another local BMW shop. All I did was setup the time with the shop and Sean facilitated the rest. After getting the green light from the shop, I put a deposit down on the car and made Sean send me a picture of the odometer. I have had bad luck in the past with dealerships joy riding performance cars I own so I was being paranoid but Sean had no problem helping me out. The car sat with them for almost 3 weeks before I could fly out to the area but when I arrived, it had not been moved or driven just like Sean promised. On the day I picked up the car, they got it detailed while we finished up the paperwork and the wife and I were on our way within 2 hours. Overall this was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. Sean was always responsive, helpful and friendly but not at all pushy which I always appreciate from a salesman. Overall this was an easy 5 stars for Domain Motors.

Nick and the others here were very helpful and friendly, they even offered me coffee and pizza. How awesome is that? I didn't feel pressured to buy the car right away even though I changed my mind on what I originally wanted to buy. After comparing and outweighing the benefits vs the negatives of each one I finally made my decision. Now I'm really happy and always get compliments on my purchase. Another plus is they also work with your bank to get the loan you want. By the way when you see the Round Table Pizza you're at the right area. It's best to park in the rear of the building so you won't have to deal with the moving traffic/limited parking on Steven's Creek.

I absolutely loved my experience at Domain Motors. They worked with me over the course of a few days to finance and purchase my first car. It was my first time going through the process and I had a lot of questions which they kindly and graciously guided me through. They are honest, hardworking, and genuinely fair people. Marissa in the main office was especially sweet and helpful contacting the various people (banks, etc.) that I needed to get ahold of.

I was able to find the car I’ve been look for months at this location. They had a great staff that was able to work with my credit to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. We bought a Jeep from Domain Motors. They were very reasonably priced. They took care of us so well. There was an issue a week after we purchased the Jeep and Nick promptly took care of it, going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Domain Motors is a very professional company and we will definitely use them again, given the chance.

I was looking for a mustang and got it at a lower price than the rest of the market had to offer. The owners and workers are very friendly and made the process of buying the car easy and quick. I would definitely return to Domain Motors for my next car purchase.
