CrossFit UP

I have been here a dozen or two times for the K2 classes and am fully impressed by the quality of instruction and workout, as well as the engagement from the instructor being over the top, you will get a great work out here regardless of your current fitness level.

Crossfit UP is a fun gym with low ego and Great community! Everything is scalable so you can show up without anxiety and tailor your workout for your own ability. The associated PT clinic knowledge also helps do an amazing job at keeping me injury free.

The most kindest, most welcoming box I’ve dropped in (my 15th+ for me); excellent workout, great feedback from coach - which I always appreciate! Hands down would return next time I’m in town (update: forgot a shirt there and was emailed about getting it back - nice to know the honesty of reaching out to me to get it back!)

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Space is a little small but otherwise great!

Great facility, always improving and most knowledgable staff. No better way to do crossfit than with a bunch of Phisical Therapists as coaches. 10/10 would recommend.
