Bicycle Trip

My spouse and I recently purchased two gravel bikes from Bicycle Trip. Aaron was very helpful in setting us up with the new bikes. Any questions/issues were dealt with clearly and quickly. Everyone in the store is helpful and courteous. A few weeks later, Ian (mechanic) took care of me promptly, adjusted my bike accordingly, and had me on my way in no time.

i wasn't able to go so i gave instructions to my wife and she said she was helped respectfully, quickly, with good advice and feedback. the one salesperson noticed that you didn't have one thing in stock so he took the time to find an alternate location where she could pick that up for me as well. truly professional service! thanks so much!

The service department took care of my flat tire right away. I was out the door in 19 minutes. But more importantly they gave me good advice on dealing with a rear brake problem. Appreciate it.

Customer Service & The Service Team are best of the best. My Go To shop since 2011. Serv. Mgr. Ian diagnosed an issue with front axle on my EBike & replaced while I waited. They are the exclusive service choice for my Bianchi road bike for the last 12 years & employ only the best.

My bike chain has been slipping when I pedal hard. Bike Trip’s Ian quickly diagnosed the problem and Mikey showed me how to do the repair in the future. They were so kind and generous with their time. No charge. I will definitely go there again, and spend some money!

I brought my Ride1Up e-bike in recently for a tuneup and Pete did a fantastic job. I've been riding this bike for a year and his magic touch has it running better than ever (I've also noticed that the battery is lasting longer). Thanks Pete for your service and the warm, friendly conversation!

Great knowledge and feedback about my bikes. I had two bikes tuned and serviced. They called with updates and only charged me for the work that was actually done. I will definitely be going back.

Top notch service and repair. Super knowledgeable and fast. Switched out my cassette and derailleur for more gearing options and even reset my bars.

Great shop! Great deals! Super friendly staff!! Asked if my wife could try out a dirt jumper, he had no problem unlocking and letting her ride their cute little test trail out front. Definitely will be back in the future!!!

We had a perfect experience here. Mike was a very helpful guide for us to pick a right ebike for our needs. He also helped us to pick appropriate accessories. My advice: buy bikes from local stores specifically from this one

I'm from out of town, showed up to rent a bike. In less than 15 mins I was out the door with a great bike, helmet, lock, and free local knowledge of where to bike to and what streets to use. Excellent customer service, thanks for the tips!

I have made this my LBS since moving to Midtown Santa Cruz. The service department is fantastic and the folks are knowledgeable. Bonus is they are an Aventon distributor, so no need to go running over the hill or down to Monterey for your bike needs.

They serviced my Surly Long Haul Trucker and it looks brand new again. I did baby the bike so... But still
