Beautiful Christmas present - 14k hinged bangle - it was too small, and we ran into an issue with the second bangle. Leslie and the jeweler made it right. Very hard to find humility and a willingness to “make customer happy” these days. We are very happy with their handling of sometimes difficult business! Thank you!

If you need jewelry, Leslie is the one to see! She helped me and my fiance pick out a beautiful custom engagement ring and wedding ring. There are so many beautiful necklaces and bracelets in that store, I have to resist buying anything extra. All staff that we've talked to have been super helpful and very knowledgeable. 11/10 we be coming back soon for more jewelry :)

Best jeweler in town! I love the customer service Greg and Leslie provide. Greg made a custom wedding ring for my daughter that was so gorgeous I wanted one for myself. So he made me one! Greg is always helpful, cleaning my rings anytime I stop by. It's really comforting to have a family based business for all life's special occasions.

We couldn't have had a better experience purchasing my engagement ring from Greg and Leslie. We went to the fancy jewelry store across the street first and were treated a little bit like we didn't belong, then went to Leslie and Greg - Leslie was warm, informative, welcoming, willing to work within our budget, and set clear expectations. Absolutely love Stephan’s! We got our engagement and wedding bands here. They are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and lovely all around. Recently I bent my engagement ring while chopping firewood and they fixed it immediately, checked the stones, and polished it at no cost to me. I’ll be coming here for all jewelry needs in the future and everyone else should too.

My fiancé and I went to Stephan’s to design an engagement ring together. The whole process took about ~7 weeks from going in for the first time for info, and for the ring to be completed. We wanted to go somewhere local because Santa Cruz is a very special place for us, and I’m SO happy we did. Both Leslie & Greg are so knowledgeable and such a delight to work with. My ring came out even more stunning than I could have ever imagined. We will be going back for polishing and other ring maintenance.

I only go to Stephan's Fine Jewelry for my jewelry repair! I have gone in multiple times for ring repairs and resizing, and they really take the time to fix the minute details. Their care and attention means the world for sentimental jewelry- the quick turnover and great prices are such a plus! If you're not satisfied with the fit, clarify with what you need and they'll help you out. Customer service is A+++++

My Fiance and I went to Stephan's to redesign a ring. I called and made an appointment for the following day and the ring was ready in just a few weeks. Everyone was fantastic to work with and we can not wait to go back to buy our wedding bands.

Came in with broken watchband. Cliff fixed it and cleaned it and gave me good advice. Leslie showed me some garnet pendants I’ll consider giving to my future gf Great little place, outstanding service and lovely jewelry!
